It's my Third ring set, I wish the delivery didn't take so long but the sets are beautiful

Order system got my shipping address wrong but customer service quickly corrected this issue. Shipping ended up taking about a month but I did eventually receive my rings. Quality seems to be very reasonable.

Ordered my ring Oct 9 won't reply to emails have emailed off 3 different emails alone have emailed them over 100 times won't reply back or send shipping info

Item was shipped out a month ago, package has been stuck with no updates. Paid a lot of money thinking that it was legit and affordable. I kept reaching out and got very little because all you can do is email. Still no item. Got email that they are sending items again, but no updates or anything. Feel like I'm out money and problem not being corrected.

Still have not received my purchase that was ordered 12-13-24

Wife has lost weight and her original wedding band set no longer fit her and because the ring size was impossible to get something she liked until we came across this site and now she loves her new set

Online shopping filters made it easy to find a backup replacement ring that is the closest I could find, to my real ring, in three years. Very impressed with the box the rings came in, which can be used as a jewelry box for a few items.

I wear a size 10 on my right middle and index fingers so I ordered a 10 in a pretty pink ring to wear on one of those 2 fingers. The ring slides right off, much too large in size for either finger. It was also much larger stones than I expected, the ring looks very fake which I know it is but for $100 I expected it to look better. I could not find information for returning it so I am out $100. Also shipping took a very long time, tracking showed it coming from China so it sat places for days. Although all of the pictures of jewelry look beautiful, I will not be ordering from Joancee again.

I love your products but you really need to work on your customer service and communication with your customers. You don't send updates, delivery information or any communication with your customers. Delivery takes to long with no updates.

It was late and I tried to cancel then return the order I never received

I placed the order during the first week of December so it would arrive before Christmas, as the shipping time was listed as 10 days. I didn't receive the package until 2 weeks after Christmas, which ruined the entire reason I made the purchase. I am extremely frustrated and disappointed! I tried to contact Customer Service to cancel the order, but I never heard back!

I ordered that ring thinking that I would receive it on time but never did receive it.
