So excited about my New Years gift "2025" Very nice piece of jewelry, love it!

I was disappointed that there is no information with the product as to type of gem and band

I placed an order on the 29th of November. I noticed my old address was on there so I reached out to customer service immediately after that same day I spoke with IVY who assured me that the address will be corrected and not to worry...The tracking says delivered but I have received NOTHING!. I reached out again to customer service I was then told the package is still on its way not to worry and be patient. Here it is January and my wife still doesn't have her gift that was supposed to be for Christmas and no futher communication from customer service. BEWARE! I would just take my chances going to the mall or something this company is not it!

A long wait. It took longer than I expected to get my ring. I didn't know that the ring would be coming from China.

The order took about 4 weeks, which was fine. My wife thought the ring is pretty and the middle "stone" was large. Asked if that was a problem, would it get caught things. She said no it's fine. Few days later I asked about the ring set. The wedding band fit perfect, the ring with the "stone" rolls on her finger (Top heavy I think, I'm going to get a filler for her, see if that helps). That being said, she said it fine. I guess it's normal for a lady's ring to roll. Lol.

I've loved looking on the website at their jewelry. I've ordered quite a few last month and this month also. So I can't wait till there here. Good quality stuff.

Joancee Jewlery is so (STUNNING)! I have bought 3 of the same ring just in different sizes because I live it so much I bought a sapphire necklace too it is stunning as well! I plan to be a customer again and again for a long time. The best experience in almost everything. The only one small complaint is the reset password problem I really wish this to be fixed. There is no way to reset it. The process just loops over and over without setting it. Please fix this. But that's just one small thing everything else is perfect thanks so much to the entire team!

The pictures on line don't even compare with how beautiful this ring is. It has so much sparkle in all lighting. The delivery was very prompt, and the customer service was friendly and responded within a day. I had to reach out because I noticed I made a typo in the address, and the company contacted shipper to correct the mistake.

I didn't get the ring. I haven't gotten a refund. I'm out of the money and the ring

When you are looking for sizes that can be difficult to find, this place is where you find the best!

I love the first ring I bought a few stones have fallen out. But this ring is stunning and I love it after Christmas but I still love it.

The ring was super beautiful I just wish it actually got here faster it took a moth after I placed the order other than that I'm extremely happy.

I was shopping for deals for Black Friday, they actually had a really good sale for white sapphire rings. It took over a month for it to be delivered, I was hoping to give it to her for the winter solstice, but it was delayed in Singapore. It comes from overseas, but when I finally got it, I was able to propose with my best friends in town and it made it even more special. It came at an unexpectedly right time, it just felt longer.

I ran across these rings this ring on the social net work and wanted to get my daughter since she said she wanted one at Christmas day and that was too late so I'm getting her a little gift after Christmas and it looks like you got great jewelry at great prices

If you want to do a return, you must pay for the international shipping, which was half the cost of my ring that did not fit!

This is my 3rd time ordering from Jiancee which should speak for itself. I am very happy with all my orders and get a lot of compliments.

The ring set is beautiful…however the tracking system is very bad…

I was skeptical at first being bought from another country but I was able to keep track of the tracking and if I had any questions customer service was quick to respond. It took a little while to receive but the wait was well worth it. The ring is everything I expected it to be it's perfect. So happy with my decision.
