Got the ring after almost 10 days of my wedding. I contacted them to cancel the order because my wedding function was already over, they said no we can't cancel it now.
I have yet to receive my order! Contacted the company they just said it would arrive soon. Never came in time for Christmas even though I ordered it in November.

I placed my order with expedited shipping. Still have not received my order nor a refund. Get random emails saying it is still on its way but total BS. Keep saying they can refund me $10 for the shipping issues. Still no refund. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY! I believe they are fraudulent and I am reporting them to my CC company.
