Love the ring, wish the shipping estimate had been more accurate. Took almost a month to get here and it said 6-12 days so it didn't make it for Christmas.

Again very disappointed very disappointed looks like I could buy it at a dollar store there has to be a law passed in some way shape or form of false advertisement or would it really looks like

Order never received from December until now. I tried tracking and no response.

I did not receive my order in time for Christmas as I was led to believe it would be here in 10 to 14 days. I still have not received my order and it's January 4th 2025. I am very dissatisfied with the service and no way of contacting anyone to find out what the crap is going on.

Ordered the ring on the 4th for a wedding g on the 14th and paid to have it expedited due to the event and ring did not arrive in time for the wedding g nor I did not receive my rdlefund as promised

Ordered a ring on December 4 got a shipping notification but it won't show the tracking, I still have not received the order and when I email you guys I get a stupid response. The shipping shows it went to Chicago mail systems and shipped back to China. I live in Alabama. Ifyoucantshow me or tell me when this would arrive then refund me! I've never had an issue before why now? It's been a month since I ordered it and still have not received it. Please refund me.

I ordered a ring and was given a arrival date 3 weeks away i am now on month 3 and the item has been shipping for well over a month. I even paid for the express crap. I can't speak to the quality of the item simply because I have not received it even tho thr company has sent many emails saying it will arrive soon or is on the way.

My only complaint is the engraving is so small it is unreadable unless you know what it says.

It's January and it's still has not arrived.
I'll have put it away for next year. It really put a damper on Christmas this year.

Was under the direct impression that it was American made in fact it took well over a month to get the ring and wasn't even getting engraving done. Because it was made in China and took forever to get the ring

I am very dissatisfied with the company I placed and order on 11.30.2024 and still have not received it yet 31 day's later. I have asked for a refund and they keep telling me that my package on on the way

So far so good the wait was a little long but after realizing that I ordered during holiday seasons and they had to hand craft my order for the time it took I was very pleased with my order I love my ring and I will be ordering again soon! And with more pacientes lol

Even when a ring went missing you made it right! Joancee said the item was delivered but based on tracking the item was never delivered!
