Took a while due to shipping but once arrived they were gorgeous

Still haven't received my ring, even though I said it was delivered. I don't know where it was delivered, but it wasn't to me and every time I talk to the company I get a run around.

Was a great experience. Was easy to order from. Rings look very real and made a great xmas gift

I Love my product BUT order way ahead of time! I just had an issue with shipping. They gave me a delivery date that was approximately 3 weeks off! I ordered on 12/9/2024 was supposed to receive 12 days later but did not receive until 01/06/2025. I want to order something else I just don't want it to not be delivered when promised.

I placed an order on December 6 of 2024 as of today January 8,2025 I have not received my package. I have contacted customer service. They keep sending me updates on the transit of the package, but as I stated, I've never received my package.

I ordered a ring for my mother on December 9,2024 that was supposed to be a Christmas gift. The ring unfortunately did not get delivered until January 6,2025, which was very disappointing. I have ordered from this company before and it does seem to take a very long time to get your product. The ring was beautiful and amazing and the size was exactly what was ordered. My mom was ecstatic about it and loved it. I just wish the shipping process didn't take as long. When I was tracking the product, it seemed to have stayed in China for a very long time after it was produced before it got to the United States. Either way this company produces very beautiful pieces and I will just take note and order 60 days in advance.

Ordered a ring and it took a little bit to come in. A little different than the picture. It's a big set and I have small fingers. Overall experience was good.

Bad. Won't ever order from them again and will advise not to be ordered from.

The rings were very nice only problem is shipping very slow again it's worth the wait

I have purchased two items from Joancee and love both of them. Had a little issue with delivery that was very easily satisfied. Great service and merchandise.

Placed an order for a single piece of jewelry on December 6th and was told my order would arrive within 7-14 business days. I wanted my order to come in before Christmas (Dec 25th) because it was a gift. My order took a month to come in 12 days after Christmas after being told my order would come in 14 days max when I placed my order. When I reached out to customer support it would be days before I could get a response but they were helpful just took days for a response. When I did receive my order it did exceed my expectations came in a very nice presentable box and was very satisfied with my item. Buyers Beware place your orders a month before you need them because shipping takes so long but their products are very good just takes very long to receive them.

I ordered 2 months ago and still haven't gotten my package. It has been delivered to the wrong address and they don't tell you the location so I can't even pick it up plus customer service takes forever to reply and is very unhelpful
