1. Was waiting for my order almost a month instead of listed 9-12 days.
2. Received not full order (3 items instead of 4) with no explanation or notification.

Good delivery, good product, fast customer service. It was beautiful too.

My wife really liked the design of the ring it wasn't to bulky and fit just right

When ordered ring on 12-6 was supposed to receive before Christmas but didn't receive till 2weeks after Christmas.

I ordered from them December 11th, well it's been over a month and I haven't received any thing from them, they're saying it's been shipped weeks ago, well where is my package. At this point I would like a refund and I'll never order from them again

The ring that I ordered was a Christmas gift to my wife not only did I select the 6-8 day shipping it still took quite some time to ship after it was ship shipped I never received the item. It's very unprofessional when I have to communicate with some about this matter through email rather than phone. I have asked for a refund for the undelivered item item but I have not received it either I would not recommend anyone to purchase anything from this company

I paid for a ring in december and still have not received it! I would like to know why it is taking so long to receive something that i paid for

Rings were beautiful. Shipping took a while but it's OK. They also answered my question when I asked it via Facebook

I ordered a ring for my wife for Christmas on Dec. 7. I think that would be plenty of time. It's now Ja. 12th. I've contacted Customer Service. They keep sending me the tracking number information that I already have. The information says it's in transit. It's been saying the same thing for over a week. Can't get any answers. Very Disappointed!

The ring is beautiful! My daughter loves it. Just wish I had known it was going to take so long to get here.

Ordered Dec 8. Website said 9-12 business days, no indication was coming from China. It came in Jan 8. When I emailed after 18 days and the only response was a tracking number that I already had.
