I placed an order over a month ago and I paid for expedited shipping which stated 3-5 days. I have yet to receive the ring. I see that it has shipped, but that was 19 days ago. That is absolutely absurd! I contacted customer service and they just keep coming back with the same shipping info that I see. I am very frustrated that the issue of expedited shipping is clearly being avoided. And I am concerned that I still have not received the ring, although it has definitely been shipped.

I paid for expedited shipping to get my order to me faster and I still haven't received it

Really like the ring I order but it said 8 to 16 days which I paid for but it took 30 days to receive my order which I feel was a little to long

My experience was very good but if a representative could get in touch with me J would like to know if I could do an exchange in size

Ring was good, not as "diamond" looking as I hoped but pretty

I ordered a ring december 13th 2024 and paid extra 25 dollars for express shipping, it is now January 16th 2025 and still no ring, took forever to ship and now it says it has been in transit for 20 days, nothing express about that, i emailed them the other day asking about the ring and telling them I paid extra for express shipping they just sent me a tracking number and that's it nothing about being sorry it has taken this long no we will refund your extra money for express shipping, i would rate the ring but don't have it so I'll just rate my experience up till now and I give it a big fat 0

Ordered for Christmas on December 6th, it said 9-12 days shipping from the US. All lies, still no item, customer service is not existent. They may or may not respond. Going to have to try and get my money back.

Finally was able to.order and get the size needed after several tries. Hopefully I'll be satisfied with product, have always been satisfied in the past.

Out was a great experience. The ring was beautiful, it took a little longer to get tho

First of all, I placed the order with the expectancy and under the impression that I would receive the item before the new year and for my wedding day, only to find out that the item had to be produced or made or what have you. Had I known from the very beginning that the items are made to order I never would've placed the order production took way too long and my wedding day was ruined and then upon checking the status as I have been quite often today, only to discover that the item was supposedly delivered yesterday, but when I checked my mailbox all around, My Home asked my neighbors. The item still has not been found. I sent an email regarding this request requesting a full refund immediately

This company Joancee took my cash off and never sent me my order I ordered on 12/17/2024 I haven't been sent my order or have this company Joancee haven't received anything from this company

I wrote email after email trying to find out the status of my order to no avail; the ring finally arrived but it was the wrong size; now I have to return the ring and I don't have the proper return materials authorization

NEVER RECEIVED MY ORDER.! There is no way to speak to a live person with issues. Better off shopping at Temu. At least you get what you pay for.!

I ordered before and had great service. This latest was a disaster. I paid for expedited shipping and my ring arrived over a month later. The quality of the craftsmanship is clearly not the same with my past purchases. I will never order again
