I've been buying the pine tar soaps for a couple years now for my teenagers and it does wonders in days for their acne, I use the 30% for my short hair dogs and it's amazing for their coat and skin, it even cleared up a mysterious rash on my Son's deer head Chihuahua, maybe it was poison oak or ivy, but we started seeing major results overnight, in a few days it was completely gone. The poor little dog hates the vet and it was during the beginning of the pandemic so getting an appointment was very difficult, by the time we could get an appointment it wasn't needed. I'll be a customer for life, no doubt.
I am glad to have the opportunity to publish my fork here. The J&J Farm company is great and I must say that this is my third order from them. However, during the last order, the staff responded for a long time and did not help to insult the tool properly, but in general everything is not bad.
I have used several of the soaps and found them very nice and my skin has improved for sure after switching away from Dial and Safeguard. Some of the soaps have only been available in sample sizes, which I use when I travel, but I wish they had full size bars for use at home.
Which sizes, we can make any size just let us know what is needed. We also offer a special 1# soap just for you. We have a gentleman in Australia who orders a special formula and we make, pour, cut and ship and he cures in his home!

The first ordering page that came up said… free shipping with $50 order. Guaranteed arrival December 14. Several of the soaps showed $1.99 but when in the cart $3.99. When checking out, free shipping was with $75 order. I later received a notification that shipping wasn't going to start until December 13.
1) Free Shipping has been $75 for over 3 years nowhere does state $50. Though we did offer you that option personally, which you chose not to use.
2) Your order is currently out for delivery 12/12 (we do not guarantee delivery for first class only for overnight and UPS) Postage is dependent on USPS
3) Your order showed Soap 2GO not a REFILL (which is $1.99), we offer 5 different sizes and styles of each soaps we offer
4) The "notification" was an Blog post reminding everyone that December 13 was the last day for First Class postage, which is what you chose.

I ordered several sample oils, as I am VERY picky on my scents, and these are all absolutely beautiful! All natural, carefully packaged, and the sample vials were packed full! Also ordered the butters set and the DIY orange scrub that I am very excited to use!
Product was shipped immediately after order was placed! The hand lotion is wonderful. Makes my hands feel like silk. It is not greasy but is absorbed in a few minutes. Feels smooth and silky! Nice light scent. I got lavender, love it!
Frequently order from this site. They are very helpful when placing orders! Package arrives quickly and items are carefully wrapped. Thank you for the extra items! Made elderberry syrup with the dried elderberries; added ginger and honey. Tasted great. Nettle c/s we drink as a tea daily and German Camomile for sleeping at night. Purchased three items on eBay. Nice price and good communication with a promise of refunding overcharge for shipping. $7.50 per item and 3 essential oils arrived in a small box. According to an eBay update provided by seller, it can take up to 10 days to process a shipping refund so will provide a review update when that is completed. The oils seem to be of excellent quality and there was a complimentary sample of mango butter. Good communication with the seller on this odd situation and I look forward to a satisfactory conclusion.

I bough a few items and was so happy with the products I ordered more online for myself and for gifts. The moisturizing lotion is amazing my hands feel like a baby again. I placed an order for a single bar of soap, since it was the first time trying it, and then realized I needed to order one more bar of another type. I reached out to the company to inquire as to how to do this without paying double shipping. I was told to go ahead and place the order and the overage for shipping would be refunded... and it was before the next morning. The soap I received is wonderful! I have only tried the 70% pine tar so far, but expect that the 30% will be amazing as well! We will definitely be purchasing more of their products in the future!
Love the product and the service. Friends and family ask all the time what I'm putting on my hands because they love the smell. Service was awesome! I doubleded ordered and instead of sending me double they contacted to confirm if it was a mistake or not.

We are deeply sorry for any delays but we were hit with an unexpected issue. Our well ran dry.
