This was my first purchase from JM Buillion. Everything went fine. Only 'disappointment' I could mention is that even though I thought I bought with the Spot Market Value at a low point, I ended up getting charged the high spot market price of the day. I don't know how to lock in the spot value price at the exact time I was buying along at the time of order other than to remind myself that buying isn't like the stock market where you buy exactly at the time the price falls.
Everything arrived as promised. I have made several purchases from JM Bullion and have been happy with all of them.
I like it, and was uneasy that someone might steal it, but it was fine, in the mail, small box, not on my doorstep
Items arrived within 5 days of ordering. All my items were packaged well. The app made everything easy throughout the whole process.

I ordered a package with several copper bullion rounds earlier in the day (January 3rd) and then decided to order protective capsules for them. The capsules arrived very expeditiously and without issue, I was rather pleased, HOWEVER, I am still waiting on a "re-shipment" (now January 14th) for the first order due to a shortage of one item. Why not just ship the other 13 items and show the missing item as "back ordered" or ship the remaining "replacement item" in a separate shipment? I am rather disappointed with the issue of the "incorrect availability" of the item that caused the issue and the EXTREMELY SLOW resolution time. I am STILL waiting for the re-shipment to even ship!
Sent in timely fashion. I really liked that they didn't put JMBullion on the box. Coins are beautiful

Very happy with my order. All pieces were as specified. Arrived 4th day from ordering and was actually home as USPS was dropping off and instantly recieved a text from tracking that package was delivered. I recommend jm to anybody. Only wish there were some more items stocked I was in the market for.
