JM Bullion is still a pleasure to do business with. Tough time to buy gold, as it seems that supply has run a bit thin. It is good to rely on JM Bullion, their website leaves little reason to look elsewhere--though that is what many of us will do. In the end, ending right where we started, at JM Bullion's website, and pleased in the end to have done so, because the package arrived discretely and early, as is it seems their way. Glad to have it (if even a small amount) to spend, aren't we?

There was a technical issue with JMBullion website- couldn't use Echeck option. Would've liked to save the 4%

This was my first time buying metals. They made the process very easy and anxiety free. I'll try and do photos next time, didn't take anything and it's all locked up now. I will day my wife daughter found it really neat so see metal in a form that wasn't Jewelry and it opened up a conversation on metal quality (. 999,. 90 etc) for them to shop more informed in the future. In fact (and I absolutely could have missed it) some sort of metals guide for dummies for new customers would be realyl helpful!

The merchandise that I received was something that never should have been shipped in the first place. A large gash in a silver coin. The box it was shipped in was in perfect condition, so it was shipped that way. When I contacted them, they emailed me a label and instructions to return it. In the instructions it said that I have to buy new, unused shipping materials. Returning it in the box they sent it to me in wasn't allowed. Why should the customer have to spend money to return the damaged merchandise that the company never should have sent out in the first place?

I was super excited that I purchased both of my gold, but was a bit surprised how tiny they are. Overall I am very pleased and happy of my products

My items came in good time. They were well wrapped and in perfect condition. I like the variety of gold and how the website shows what's in stock and the value of gold at the top.

I am happy with the coin i ordered and the safe and quick shipping. This is my second time i ordered here and will order again.
