Have purchased silver bullion coins before and no problems with the coins. Delivery usually before scheduled time stated. Will order again at low silver spot prices.
Most bullion dealers hit you with high premiums which you expect but then they make it impossible to get value with shipping not J. M Bullion they will ship free! To me this makes a huge difference!. Overall a great experience fast ordering an shipping definitely 5 stars!

Our first purchasing experience with JM Bullion was disappointing on many levels. The shipping was slow, the shipping box damaged, the metal bar was lighter in weight than advertised, scratched and nicked. Their customer service indicated although light on the weight, it was still within the "margin of error" and the imperfections are expected with cast products. We were hoping for a better product on the initial transaction - first impressions tend to have a lasting effect and dissuade the buyer from future purchases,
I found JM BULLION and then downloaded the app and in the app it was so easy to see what kind of business it is and to go through everything they do and what they sell and I had a great experience with the company and app that I placed 4 order and I will continue to buying more of their products and trust me it's great quality

My first order with JM Bullion was processed and shipped very quickly. I received it in a 2 days. My second order took 3 days just to be packaged for shipment. Then another 4 days for delivery. Their customer service was helpful and courteous.

You really don' have any critical ratings? How about why you charge a state sales tax? As far as I know and Please correct me if I'm wrong, but you charge a state sales tax. What happens if the state doesn't collect state taxes from you? Does that go in your pocket? Like I've said before, I might buy from you again, but, if the state doesn't collect, does anybody get a refund for a future purchase, or do you just pocket it and walk away? I wouldn't complain unless I thought this was BS. You don't have to withhold state income tax, all you have to do is let the state know. $300 to $350 withheld for the state? The state will come after me for this much and I'll be paying the state their taxes. Not you. I ain't rich, this is for my kid, you think I want to buy this stuff, a no. I can care less about this fancy stuff, but I don't like getting ripped either. I ain't rich, unlike you guys, at least I know how you made your money, off of me and you saying for state sales tax. Show me when and how the state collected the taxes and I might do business with you again. But with the people I've dealt with in the past, they never charged this. So Please explain yourselves Please.
Top shelf company! My sister and I both purchase from them. We had one coin out of 100 orders we were unhappy with, contacted them, returned the coin, and had it promptly replaced! Great company!
