This is my first order with jm bullion on january 7 and still did not receive my order I am frustrated at this point there is no resolution all I want is what I ordered I am paying for silver I did not receive
I've never used another metals site and never will. You guarantee delivery and the condition is perfect. I'm beyond satisfied. I'd rather have a tangible asset than worthless paper money. And the metal I purchased is already worth more than I bought it for. That wouldn't have happened if that particular cash was still in the bank. JM Bullion is a name worth standing by.

I, Omer Ilyas put an order on 02/02/2023. Spend over 5k and set up ACH payment method. I accidentally pressed saving account instead of checking account since it was my first time doing an ACH transaction. I called customer service right that moment to request if possible we can switch my payment method because I will get a penalty from my personal bank if I made a transaction in my saving account. I was rudely denied and told there will be a penalty from their end If I do it. I do not understand how can order be placed and ready within 2 mins. I was really disappointed at the fact that due to good reviews I want it to continue doing business with JM Bullion but they could not even assist me out of courtesy for first time customer.
I purchase Bullion for my son,so that he can pass it on to his children. I only trust JMBullion for these transactions.
After only 4 or so purchases, I am 100% happy with all aspects of these transactions.
