There is never a problem when ordering from JM Bullion. Their coins and bullion are shipped quickly and in better-than-expected condition. I am a repeat customer and will return for future purchases.
Coming from a couple different seller sites I was leary at first because A: It's Silver and B: the prices but I'm glad I went through with my purchase and plan on purchasing from again.

When selling your bullion back to JM Bullion know that there are charges that are not disclosed until after you commit to the sale. I agreed to a $30 dollar shipping package kit, and pre-printed, reduced rate label only to be charged another $72.62 for the label. This charge was not disclosed prior to having to commit to the sale. It is deceptive, and unethical. Sell somewhere else.

But it seems as though a lot of precious suppliers are pulling stunts apparently the people in the warehouse don't care because clearly there is issues with the items ordered and they send them anyway!

Scraped up capsules that are supposed to be clear for thorough viewing of the hundreds of dollars you just spent for these items that are supposed to be protected in plastic but yet are sent damaged.
Received as promised items were mint gem condition
