I only shop with JM. I trust them and their deliveries are always on time and protected. I feel the delivery drive may have known what I'm having sent. I ask for a signature every time I order, because I want that confirmation that our deal has been completed. But this last delivery the driver said he didn't need the signature. Even when I insisted. Making me nervous for the next time, will he say "he didn't sign" and just keep my package? Because I didn't sign for this last one. Without the signature, there is no way to confirm delivery, or if the driver even came to the house. Next purchase, I am going to be nervous and INSIST I sign for the package.

I placed an order on 3/15/23 and paid for UPS delivery. I kept getting updates from UPS that my package is on the way. Apparently, the package was lost. After giving it ample time, still no package so I contacted you for assistance. I was told that an investigation would be opened and I would be contacted. Days passed and I was the one doing all the contacting! I finally got my package by being pro-active. I've ordered from you several times successfully but if something goes wrong, it's like pulling teeth for the remedy. I will not place any further orders with JM Bullion.
Went on JM Boullion website and selected the silver I wanted and paid for it instantly with a debit card. I like to use JM Boullion because they accept payment with debit card and it's paid for instantly instead of sending a check or wiring money. Silver is going up so fast it pays to lock your rate in instantly.
