Ordering is very easy. My orders are usually small, but JMBullion always rushes them to me and they package them VERY securely. I can't believe how fast my order gets to me and how carefully they package it. Because of how they treat me, one would think that I am their best and favorite customer!

Never been disappointed in a single one. Just wish they come encapsulated in hard plastic vice small plastic sleeves.
I really like peeing through JM Bullion, I wish I could get the deliveries in the smallest packages possible, I get my silver in a small enough package it fits in the mail box, but when i order gold... The package even though it's 1/2 oz or 1/4 the package is bigger that the 15oz silver package? So it won't fit in my oversized mail box, thus it is left on the porch where it can walk away. I won't order gold unless I know I will be home for the two days around the delivery. Bummer on that part, but over all I do love the convenience of the home delivery. Perhaps you could offer package sizeing as part of the ordering?
JMB does a great job of delivering high quality products within a great frame of time. They have excellent customer service and some of the best prices around, along with a multitude of options to choose from, thats what makes them the best.

Looks great, but the individual packaging was not that great, many of the sleeves were torn but no damage to my rounds. First time this has ever happened
I am new buyer and ordered a one ounce silver bar to test how things worked. It was delivered as described in a nondescript box. I had a tracking number so I could track the package as it was processed and travelled to my home. It arrived in about four days. I am very satisfied with my transaction and intend on buying more soon.
