I placed my order and it was confirmed and shipped as promised. Due to the Christmas rush, it took 10 days to reach me but that in no way reflects upon this company. I will order from them again. They were great!
I am fairly new at purchasing precious metals, this being about my 6th time, in about as many months with JMBullion, once previously with another company. First few times I bought 5oz silver bars, and for the past 3 months have bought the 10oz silver bars. I have been happy with every purchase. I doubt I will ever deal with another company. I don't have any unrealistic expectations that everything will go perfectly every single time. But this company has a long and respectable history; and you don't get that by having poor customer relations. It's been my experience, that such companies at this are usually quite willing to satisfy the customer if there is some legitimate issue. I look forward to many years of more monthly purchases.
I received my delivery order but not as punctual as usual. It took a few more days than normal for them to send my order cause they decided to close early on the Friday that I ordered. But I received my order and it was in good condition.
Repeat client and will continue to be a repeat client.
Funds cleared the same day and tracking number by 5 am. next morning.
I only wish the Post Office was run by JM Bullion... but that is not their problem/fault.
The coins were flawless and 100% as described.
Pricing was the best of the 4 major dealers I checked.
So if it is not broke, do not fix it.

This website has always been one I have kept my eye on for purchasing silver. I was hesitant at first, but decided to give it a try, and wow, so happy I went ahead with my order. I will definitely purchase more from JM Bullion, and would recommend everyone give them a chance, you wont be disappointed. The shipment arrived in only two days; great! The silver was a bit coarser than I was expecting, but that's fine with me - it is only for investment purposes. You can't beat the price!
