I got exactly what I ordered and am 100% satisfied. I like the quick delivery process. I ordered 6 bastet silver coins and also a few gold coins. They are beautiful.

When receiving my order I was happy with how fast I got it but after opening up the box I found the coin box holder that came with the order was scratched and broke. Also Copper rounds were scratched if you like they will replace all you have to do is send them back maybe two or three times.

I had a bad coin and called customer service. Within minutes, problem was solved. They emailed me a prepaid return shipping label. My replacement coin is on it's way to me now. Very competent and reliable service! Thank you JMBullion!

Easy to order but shipping is not good took over a week to get had to wait all day then it didn't come when it said it would be there by 8 pm
