A personalised card that was easy to create. Efficient ordering and timely delivery to recipient. This was fun to make and gave the recipient huge laughs and much pleasure on his big day. Well done JibJab

Its an interesting concept but I probably will use it only 2 times a year. A individual rate or maybe combo rates of 5,10 should be available.

I inadvertently subscribed twice and after contacting JibJab via email I was refunded one of the payments the next day. Superb customer service and also a great app :)

I needed to cancel my subscription so I sent an email. I promptly received a confirmation email and within a couple of days the money was returned to my account. NO hassle, no questions! Great doing business with Jibjab!

My recievers of the card said it shut down their operating systems.
Really wish it would've worked. Instead, I had to record it from my smart phone and text it to her. Really lost the value i feel. Thanks,

I recently had the pleasure of working out a problem that I experienced on JibJab with a support representative named Taylar. This individual was understanding, courteous, and patient during our exchange. If all employees of this company are cut from the same mold, they have a bright future ahead of them.

Relatively easy but would love to see better thank you cards. Loved the video cards however, very cute!

Complete waste of money. Doesn't seem to work for me. Faces never go into characters, tried several times.

I love making these for family members. It always lifts their spirit! Most recently, I make videos for my two brother-in-law's, a father-in-law and my brother. H wrote me about how touch they were and how hard they laughed!

I never signed up I thought I was paying on for one time. I will call tomorrow to clear this up Plus my video did not work. How can you charge me the full amount. This is wrong. I would like a refund.

The website was sending me all over the place, I never saw my final video with face insert, it was just sent. When I tried to watch it it showed me the original video with a strangers face. Not many choices for Father's Day. All meant for young fathers. Simply wasn't a fan

Was advertised as $1.50 a month, but they took the whole years worth of subscription from my bank account.
