Never received the service I requested

I produced a birthday e-card for my partner and scheduled it to be delivered the next day on his birthday via email. However, he never received it. The links to the e-card that I received within the e-card confirmation email also didn't work (took me to an "error" JibJab page). I ultimately had to show the e-card to him via my laptop through my user-profile page, which was far from ideal...

Christmas 2016

I made 3 different Christmas themed JibJab's. Every single one of them were received and enjoyed. Those who received them contacted me telling me how much they like them. They also shared that they played them for their family and friends. This is a great way to brighten someone's day with a little humor. I am so glad I joined. I wish I had joined sooner!

My Dad Never Received His eCard

I was excited to join Jib-Jab and send my Dad his Fathers Day card because my husband had received several cards in the past, & they were so funny. I alerted my dad, so he would be on the lookout in his email for his card. He never received it. He kept looking for several days & it still never arrived. I am sorry that I "joined" Jib-Jab. What a disappointment!

I recently received a small amount on my visa bill from jibjab, after a quick email to them I found I had a subscription I never knew about and this was an renewal amount. To my surprise they refunded me the full amount with an apology! What a great site!

Cards didn't arrive

Guess hotmail rejects cards from jib jab? My friend looked in her spam, junk, and other folders and couldn't locate the cards. Disappointed because they were for her autistic grandson who finally, at the age of 7, gets what a birthday for himself means and these two cards were for him.

Great customer service

I joined JibJab over 2 yrs ago using it just once at halloween and the experience was awesome! 2 years later I got a surprise bank deduction of $18.00 not realizing that it was an auto deduct. I promptly notified JibJab and asked for a refund as I didn't know at the time about the auto deduction and to my Surprise the next day they refunded my deduction... totally amazed at the promptness and courtesy of the people working for JibJab. Thanks again!

I have enjoyed JibJab ever since I was in college (late 90's), but I recently rediscovered it, and I couldn't be happier with the way it has evolved! With everything going on in the world, a good sense of humor is not only a desirable personality trait, but now (more than ever) it is an essential survival tool. JibJab is a perfect example of smart, universally recognized fun!

Every Website on this orb has a reset password protocol.
Jib Jab also has one... that is substandard, idiotic & non
Customer service wise. Their password reset includes not allowing
A reset via a plethora of non reasoning including not accepting a new P/W,
Account already there, P/W not matching?

Jib Jab honors requests

For an old guy

It wasn't that difficult to navigate and use the site. You can make multiple sets of the videos with faces. The trick is getting a decent face shot of the person. Then the videos come out clean. Otherwise, angled shots sometimes have an odd look to the image in the video.

It was fun!

I wanted to create a happy birthday dance card. It was very easy to put together and ended up conveying just what I wanted. The recipient cracked up! I look forward to finding reasons to create more cards, although I would love to see more options that are less raunchy.

Excellent costumer service

I didn't realize that my account was still active with JibJab, set on auto renewal my credit card was charged the yearly fee. Upon requesting a refund costumer service responded within 48 hours and refunded the yearly fee.

Disappointed - too much old stuff

No new dance routines. Lots of rubbish. I send a card regularly to friends and can't find anything new to send that is appropriate. This is just too expensive. I can't even save the one card I made this Christmas without paying more. I am going to cancel my subscription.

Funny website

Froze up. Could only use a card once and it wouldn't change pictures. Constant errors loading website. Reloaded, and reloaded until I finally gave up.

Too bad because it has the possibility of being great, if it worked.

Fairly fun but slow

May have been my browser, but it took forever to load the preview of what I had created before sharing it. Since it was my first time, I started wondering if a preview was even available. But it all worked out and I was very satisfied with the end video.

Horrendous experience

I bought an ecard for my godson. It never arrived but I got a bill for $18! Which was never highlighted at any point. The most dreadful aspect was the fact that I got a notification from PayPal to say that this was a recurring annual payment. Disgusting hidden clauses. I would never use this company again. It took forever to cancel the recurring payment & my poor godson never received his card. Companies like this should be removed or banned.

Misleading and Fraudulant

Your online introductory offer says $1.50 for 30 days but my account was charged $18. Your digital upload was confusing and hard to follow so that was another waste of money that I didn't get to use!

No Valentine for Mom.

The videos are always funny. But this was my first time subscribing and I didn't realize the selection was fairly limited. I wanted to send a Valentine's video to my mom (and my son's grandma), but there wasn't anything appropriate for that. Looks like Christmas has plenty, but not the other holidays. Still giving 4 stars cause I do like the ease of using the site and like I said... the videos always make me laugh.
