It showed in large print that the cost was something like $2.50 per month, but I didn't see the small print that showed where I am charged for 12 months immediately. I would not have joined, and will not again.

Easy to use and lots of fun. The children found the videos hilarious! It would have been good to know how much it was before going ahead and making the first video but I guess that's how they sell it.

I was surprised that I had to renew. I have been a member for a few years, but somehow was dropped. Not certain what your policy says, but apparently customers are dropped periodically and must start anew.

It is also more expensive now than my last subscription which expired for a year while I was overseas.
Do consider returning the face adjustment feature on the videos. I am a member for the videos only.

A few great cards but not many. Easy to personalise and send. Seem to go into a lot of people's junk folder. Would like to see a wider range of good cards, especially some more sensitive get well soon cards.

I had an issue with my account and sent an email to the company.
My initial expectation was that I would never hear back from anyone and that my problem would take days if not weeks to resolve.
I was pleasantly surprised when I received an email from customer support the next day stating my problem was resolved.
Quick, friendly, efficient.
Expectations were exceeded!

Very good - site easy to use and a lot of fun. Range of choices and occasions is excellent. I have used JibJab several times for friend's birthdays and Christmases and they always love getting a JibJab card.

I was charged $18 for an entire year subscription which I never knew when I entered my credit card details. Thought I was only making a cute video for $1.99. Whatever. Never doing this jibjab thing again

Great experience using JibJab. My stepdaughter and I made the card together and the recipient loved it and forwarded it to several people. We used the "I'm too Sexy" card song track as he turned 60. Hilarious.

Totally disappointed that the faces can't be fine tuned/customized to the shape of the actual head. Why would they removed that feature?! Now the faces look so crappy and cheap looking. Not worth it to renew membership.

I have been using JibJab for years now and can always find something fun to personalize and send out to family and friends. I think they do an amazing job. Thanks for the hard work and providing laughs for us.

Love JibJab, and have been a member of the site for several years now. ONLY complaints are there need to be newer choices more often and more family-friendly choices.

In other words, there are a lot more off-color or adult type choices than there are family-friendly, and several of the family-friendly choices are either boring, outdated, or lame.

Brilliant idea and overall, fantastic site.

The site has a lot of fun options. I am disappointed in only one thing! A few years ago I was able to edit the uploaded photo faces more than I am able to now. I wish I still could stretch and carve them. Otherwise, JibJab is great, and my friends all get such a laugh from receiving them!

It is so fun for me to send JibJab to my family and grandchildren. Some of the music was from my generation or slightly edgy for a "grandmother"... we all had a great laugh with the cards, dance and music.

I just needed a one time ecard... not a year membership. I can't say the price was outrageous, but I will probably not use it again, so it's kind of wasted. I think you need a one-time category... maybe something like, one-time for $9.95, something like that. I would have been happy with that.

The product is good, though.

A few more children's characters both boys and girls. I have eleven grand children
And I would like to send them some using their faces.

Seems like the same stuff that I previewed a couple of years ago before I joined. I needed a funny card site and I thought JibJab would be perfect. Yes, the stuff is funny. But how about some new material?

Email reply from customer support was very quick. The person at JibJab was very helpful. She was able to track down my account despite not giving her my account email (old email I no long use) and she was able to address my problem in a quick and efficient manner. I was ending my subscription and there nothing but professionalism on the part of the JibJab person who was working with me.
