All has been good. Only thing is sometimes it's hard to get the mouths right and the film clip looks a bit distorted. And also some clip came on about animals I didn't even click on, otherwise it is a great thing,

I didn't get a receipt and my son didn't get his birthday card. This is the first email I've received, so I know the email is correct. I tried to get in touch on line and it said email and password were both incorrect. VERY frustrating experience.
Also, I wanted a card to feature my son's face, but all I could find was featuring me.

I love this website I have so many laughs and so have my friends and family.My only complaint is some of the cards do not give you the possibility to move the heads. I don't know whether this is an error on the site. I have tried the lap dancing picture, the st patrick day one and several others and the head is miles away from the body without the option to change it. Hope you can rectify!
I love JibJab. And suddenly, I could not add new heads. By using zoom, 3 or 4 of the developers and I worked from my screen to try and figure out what was the issue. In the meantime, Heather took my photos and added them to my account so I could still send a card while they ponder all the techie stuff they know. Now that's service!
I am happy with the end product as far as these cards go. However, there isn't good navigation or option to add a text message to a card, after you've created the card! I looked everywhere-- if it's there, it needs to be more obvious. I didn't want to lose the photo set-up I had spent time on, so I sent the card without a personal message and had to follow up with a damn email!
The team were super helpful, investigated thoroughly when I couldn't remember my account details, and were so friendly really lovely. It's an experience that would make me consider reopening my account.
I created a birthday card and was able to upload pictures to superimpose in your cards, however I had some difficulty fitting it properly. I also didn't like that there was no place for me to write my own message.
JC and the gang always funny regardless of how many times i see them or use them but some of the newer humor is a little crude and rude and not-so-funny. I still like what you have to offer but you've raised your prices without much new material and what is new doesn't meet the wit and humor of what I first saw and joined up for several years ago, much of which I have already sent.
I couldn't be happier with the speed and accuracy they responded to my questions! A+ I asked them for a refund because I didn't understand how JibJab works (most of the cards will ask you to insert a face/a photograph).
I subscribe to JibJab to entertain my grandchildren. While some of the videos are suitable for small children, most are not. I understand that your target audience is adult, but my grandkids absolutely love to see themselves in the JibJab videos. Perhaps you would be open to creating a kid section for younger children to enjoy.
By the way, my youngest grand daughter is mesmerized by the "Chicken Dance"

I have always loved receiving Jib Jab birthday cards. So it was fun to actually go in and do one. It was easier than I thought.

Asked JibJab to refund my subscription fee because I no longer needed it, and they responded in 1 day, and refunded my money. I couldn't ask for anything more! I wish all companies provided outstanding customer service like JibJab does.
I was charged a renewal subscription fee. I didn't realize I had an automatic payment plan. I emailed JibJab, received a prompt response, and within 24 hours received a reimbursement. I received THREE emails that were extremely positive and kind. What amazing customer service! Wow! Thank you so much, JibJab!
I used JibJab to send cute cards to relatives and friends. I did not use it for several months and realized that I had a yearly auto-renewing subscription. I notified them that this was not what I needed and they refunded my subscription $. Great service and I will use Jib Jab again when the need arises
I enjoy using JibJab products but I wish there were more purchasing options. I only had the option to pay for a yearly membership, upfront, in full. I would have preferred to purchase only the card I made, pay for 1 month, or just go on a monthly billing where I can cancel when I want to.
Answer: Unfortunately, now you can only edit your heads immediately after you upload them, which makes it a waste of time to save them because each head you upload will only work correctly for the video you uploaded it for. I was told they removed the 'edit any time' function so people could use their app on androids which sounds pretty absurd to me. Oh well, this will be the last year I ever pay for it again if they don't correct this outrage.
Answer: We've removed the fine-tuned shaping feature for now to make our casting process easier for all; we also made adjustments so that users can easily cast their cards directly on mobile devices.
