Fun but not all heads match.

This is a great site and app, and am happy with the purchase. My only complaint is that not all the photos will match up with the heads. For instance if there is a quick turn of head the picture doesn't always keep up. ESPECIALLY if it requires a hat. Please fix and it would be perfect.

I had a wonderful experience with a customer service rep at Jibjab. I had forgotten my user name and password and could not get in. I emailed their HELP area on their website and someone responded very quickly and got me up and running again. 5 stars! Thank you Jibjab!

Lots of fun

I had a blast making two funny Valentine's Day videos this year. It took me a minute to get the hang of it, but once I did, I just wanted to make more videos with it all day long. Unfortunately, my boss said no.
Guess who won't be getting a Valentine's Day video from me next year?

I was a JibJab member two years ago and I loved all the videos I made! I got a great response from family and friends about how funny and creative the videos were. I let my membership lapse last year but I've re-upped and am back and making and sending out even funnier video cards. :) Thanks JibJab!

I didn't realize I had signed up for annual membership and after the money was taken from my account I contacted them and answered a few questions and then was told my refund would be in my paypal account within 10 business days. No questions, no hassle. Very good service.

JibJab Values the Customer

My experience was actually from requesting a refund. I had forgotten that I had signed up for JibJab a year ago to make holiday cards for my office. My account auto-renewed my subscription that I no longer needed. After requesting a refund, JibJab kindly refunded me within two days! I have had other services make cancellations awful, but JibJab is very considerate of its customers. Whenever I need to make fun virtual cards again, I will definitely use their product!

Don't bother paying

Don't bother paying for a better service. You paying to send a link to your friends that contains more than 3/4 JibJab website and advertising. The video you make (and have to pay an automatic recurring payment for) is less than 1/4 of the page. That's fine if you choose to use the free option - it is not fine at all when you pay for the privilege.

My experience with Jib Jab

I enjoyed using the Jib Jab site. My family and friend found it to be quite pleasant to receive the wishes. My grand children's school has used this in their school programs very nicely. I was pleased with the efficient service provided when I decided to not renew my subscription as I am getting older and do not use it as much. I got a refund for the subscription when I realized that I had paid the fee automatically not knowing it would renew.

I was not aware that my subscription for Jib Jab was still active because I thought I had cancelled it a long time ago. They charged my card automatically for a subscription. I sent an email on Tuesday, received a response the same day, sent them the info they requested on the auto pull from my account the next day and they refunded me the money! I wish all companies would take care of customers like this. I will tell people about it and when I am ready, I will come right back for the fun videos and cards!

Utterly ebarrassed, unimpressed, and frustrated

I do not feel like writing again about the issue I had Saturday night trying to send a video card to a friend. I sent you a report- got an immediate canned reply and have not heard back. The video was hacked, you charged me 4-5 times for a download I don't want once let alone all those additional times, and you charged me some $18 for something I absolutely do not want. While all that is very frustrating, what is most frustrating is the fact that you can immediately take the cash out of my account, but be so slow to rectify a problem.

Good, but more diversity needed

Okay. It's a US site, so I understand why US holidays are hot stuff. The basic idea is fine, and i believe this is good fun, and a great alternative to postcards.

But I find myself looking for more stuff for various personal occasions, and without building upon contemporary pop music that I don't care about.

I would like more movie inspired jokes like "Temple of Cake", more jokes with music that isn't some kind of Gangnam Style (a sleigh ride with Grieg is an all too rare example), and more "I love you"s and "Just because" with other music styles.

One great thing is they've made it easy to personalize videos with different numbers of people.

Fun Cards

Love the cards and the ability to customize them. Only minus is I am not computer savvy, do I need to save my card and spend the extra $1.99 to do that? Didn't know if I could access the card again so I did, but would be more satisfied if that was explained beforehand. A little more transparency, please!

Do not sign up for a paid account. I have been trying to cancel since 2018 and it is 2022. Jib Jab still continues to auto renew every year. Every year I have to fill out a refund form and request cancelation. It must be their business practice to continue auto renewal in hopes people won't notice the charge.

Pretty Good

I have been a member with Jib Jab for several years now. I do love the videos. The only reason I did not give a higher score is because I do think there are some inappropriate videos. My kids love this site but I do not want them to send or play with the ones that I think are inappropriate.

I wish there was a family friendly version. Also the price has gone up at a few years ago I only paid about $12 dollars a year now it is $19.

Place faces into song and dance characters, easily select the jaw and the software animates. This is an easy to use interface and great fun. There are many songs to fit different occassions.
I would like to see more genres of music and more oriented at kids.

Credit back the $18.00 billed

Respectfully, I request that the $18.00 billed to my discover cc on 4/22/17 be reversed or refunded (Discover show transaction pending as of 4/24) as after numerous attempts to write a message or send-complete any card I attempted. I was able to upload pics, but nothing else.

Need more cards

I like the singing cards, but sometimes they need more characters maybe 6 or the possibility to add or take people on those cards with faces. I would like that they have more cards for all ages kids. I think that the website is very nice and some of the videos are hilarious. Keep improving and keep Jib Jab more successful.

Great customer service

I needed to cancel my membership due to financial reasons; normally when you send an email like that it takes 48 hours to hear a response but I was immediately responded to. I was also refunded my current fee with a cancellation email to confirm. I will keep this in mind and when i am financially ready, I will be back. Thank you!

Great product, beware annual subscription fee

I had great fun creating my video for valentines day, but it was only an eagle eye that meant the purchase didn't become a recurring annual payment through Paypal! In addition, the video wasn't sent via email on that day that I requested it too. Product fail!

Loved the Video but no warning of a year Payment

I loved the video and got a good laugh at it, actually quite a few laughs, but they pulled out 18.00 I was not aware of and paid for a whole year up front. This is good for JibJab and their company but it was not good for me. Unless i use the app over again, which i'm sure I will because I have other holidays coming. I am glad I had the spare money in the bank otherwise I would have been VERY upset.
