I love the Jib Jab experience, the possibilities are endless, and always funny!
They have a great support team as well, with prompt and courteous service, whether it's with billing, viewing or trouble shooting they are always ready to help with a quick response time.
I've used Jib Jab for years... it's always a fun way to entertain friends and family... and they are always creating new content for customers to use. I had a payment problem pop up and their customer service handled it great... prompt and professional service.
A friend of ours had a stroke just before Christmas. He was in a hospital on Christmas Day. We made a couple JibJab videos before we visited. It was pretty easy to do once I got the hang of it. At the hospital, we then showed him the videos on our phone. He was laughing so hard. He said "This is what I need to help recover. Could you make one everyday?" I said "I think they have 1,200 of them, so sure!"
I quite enjoyed the selection of Mother's Day jibjabs and was able to bring some serious laughs to my mom and her friends. I look forward to using jib jab more as it is a great way to go green and not buy cards.
I've used the site three times. First time was uneventful. Second two times I was unable to use the card in which a face is inserted. This was after many tries in each case. PLUS, there was no way to get assistance.
My family and I get the biggest kick out of this app. We used to just use the website but now that there is an app as well as stickers for my iPhone, I couldn't be more thrilled. Thank you for keeping us entertained!
I had so much fun with the Jibjab website that I decided to purchase a membership. The next day I tried to access my account but it didn't recognize my password or even my email. I emailed support but I haven't heard from them in 2 days already. I don't think I'll keep my account.
I lead a theater arts program for adults with special needs, and this program has been a fantastic way for our performers to envision themselves in a variety of fun experiences. They thoroughly enjoy watching themselves, and we use the program constantly--
I have had much fun with creating greeting cards with this web site. My grandson, age 7 thoroughly enjoys making them with me, and receiving them. Easy to use and I like the fact the photos remain in history on the account.
Have, nt laughed so much for ages. Worth every penny of annual subscription. Surprises all the Family with really funny singing /dancing and seasonal fun video excerts. Would and have recommend to Family and Friends, and get asked how I make these video, s.
As funny as I thought the videos were neither person I sent to via Facebook were able to open, so it was completely deflating. Then I write this review I have to pick cars in boxes. Pretty disappointing thus far, bummer. :(
I too had forgotten about having a subscription to Jibjab. Right up until I saw the charge for service on my credit card bill! After I changed my password (because I had no idea of what it could be) I went to their website and unsubscribed, The website said that I could expect resolution in 48 hours or less. I received an email in less than 48 minutes! My subscription was cancelled without argument and I was given a refund... no problem. That is real customer service and greatly appreciated.
I was dealt with promptly and politely when requesting a refund and cancellation of my account. I was unaware this account was still active. This has now been resolved.
I enjoyed using JibJab, but have no use for it at this time. I won't hesitate to reuse it in the future should I require it.
My dad loved the card and showed everyone it 3 times in a row. He thought it was very cute and funny and was not expecting a card at all. I thought there were good selections and enough to choose from. It sucks that there are none for free but it got the job done.
I surprised a friend with one card and it spread like wild fire to out other friends wanting to know how I did it.
The website makes it real easy to do and lots to choose from.
Since then I have made tons more and have sent them out.

I felt manipulated into an annual auto-renewing contract. Didn't much like that. After I created something I was able to view half and then told I needed to pay for a year to view the rest. Ugh. It used to be free.
I was not aware I was still on auto payment schedule. When I sent email to ask to be cancelled, not only did they respond within minutes, but they refunded my payment immediately without any hassle. Such amazing service! Thank you :)
It is more difficult to work with the character's faces than before. I liked the way to work with them 4 years ago. Somethings should get better, for example, the mouths. And I would like to find a wider range of Christmas videos. Many of them are from previous years. More innovation would be appreciated.
Answer: Unfortunately, now you can only edit your heads immediately after you upload them, which makes it a waste of time to save them because each head you upload will only work correctly for the video you uploaded it for. I was told they removed the 'edit any time' function so people could use their app on androids which sounds pretty absurd to me. Oh well, this will be the last year I ever pay for it again if they don't correct this outrage.
Answer: We've removed the fine-tuned shaping feature for now to make our casting process easier for all; we also made adjustments so that users can easily cast their cards directly on mobile devices.
