I got this message about the change this morning from Visa about the charge from you. I had no idea that I had some kind of subscription, so took contact with your support.
I sent a ticket, but then I also found a number to call in the charge to the Visa card.
Devonne handled the issue really well, canceled for me and set up the return of my money.
I have two issues for you.
1. I listened to the message " 1 minute until your turn" for about 20 minutes. A bit irritating, but not a big deal, since I am retired
2. Could not get my email address to be recognized to log in. Devote confirmed I used the correct email

Dissapointing Experience

Multiple Videos, after being emailed were never riecieved.

Your siter doesnt recall emails previosly used... and have to reenter the same emails over and over again.

I sent one video of my Daughter, and she recieved a Completely different Video that was not hers?

You have Bugs and Issues to resolve til then I not interested

My husband received a JibJab card for his birthday that was hilarious, and I wanted to be able to send cards to my family since they live across the country. Making the cards is easy and fun and everyone loves them. At $18 a year, you can send as many cards as you want. That would only get you 4-5 Hallmark cards with postage (MAYBE). Hopefully JibJab keeps adding new cards so I don't have to repeat any of them.

I send ALOT of virtual cards and this gives you a great way to really personalize & make each unique.
Although they have a good selection, it wont be enough for me unless even more are added.
Overall its a great service that has easy to use tools than anyone can use!

There needs to be more to offer for women recipients. Most videos and photos are for boys and men. I'll bet most purchases are by women also.

Unhappy with results

I sent cards to at least 11 people but only 2 people responded. There's no way of knowing (except if I ask them) if they actually received the cards. I expected more input from those who should have received the cards. I'm sorry, but I feel cheated and I would expect you to return my money. At least you could show who actually read their mail so that I'd know if they received it or not.
