Your system is apparently based on the principle that a company's business is founded on providing a total service to customers. A service that does not stop or cease at the stores front door. Most internet companies i have used apparently do not realize this... perhaps since they do not have face to face with customers. My complements to Jib Jab for selling a COMPLETE PRODUCT--the inclusion of after sales service. Jib Jab strategy is sound and will continue to build upon its existing customer base due to its recognition that on line relationships require easy for the customer sales follow up as extended to me. Was a little frustrated trying to find a birthday card to send to granddaughter where both my husband and I were singing and dancing happy birthday. Never did find what I had in my head. Seems you should be able to select how many are going to be personalized in the video. It was still fun.
The video e card never made it to the recipient. I checked to see if I had the correct email address. Checked his spam folder and attempted several times to resend. I finally forwarded the version sent to my email. A lot of work. Very expensive
Jib Jab needs a better selection of birthday jib jabs. Some of them are pretty corny and I ended up using one I had used before.

I wish there were more kids videos where you can put an entire family in a family friendly video. I was looking for something for a 12 yr old happy birthday and there wasn't much to choose from. Too Adult sexual content!

I've sent several birthday greetings this week and I've had great response from the birthday kids. Very clever stuff. I wish it were a little easier to add attractive text messages to the emails.
Overall, I had a good experience with JibJab. The website was easy to use and the card arrived on the date specified.

I had a little problem with my membership, it was too expensive with the Canadian conversion rate for the amount of downloads I do a year, it's not worth the rebate on each video. Heather was very helpful and answered rapidly.

Answer: Unfortunately, now you can only edit your heads immediately after you upload them, which makes it a waste of time to save them because each head you upload will only work correctly for the video you uploaded it for. I was told they removed the 'edit any time' function so people could use their app on androids which sounds pretty absurd to me. Oh well, this will be the last year I ever pay for it again if they don't correct this outrage.
Answer: We've removed the fine-tuned shaping feature for now to make our casting process easier for all; we also made adjustments so that users can easily cast their cards directly on mobile devices.
