I signed up recently because I thought your new OK Go dance was good. Sent it to my friends and got no response. I guess everyone's sense of humor varies. Not sure if I will keep membership. Some content is questionable and everyone you send it to gets marketed to join.
Payment amount is never disclosed until payment procedure is already finished, I wanted to buy just one e-card and I ended up paying 18 dollars for a yearly subscription... not a fair deal!
On Thu PM I paid for a membership and paid to download 8 videos. On Fri AM The downloads were still unavailable. I contacted customer support three times; I have yet to receive a response. Late Fri evening I received 166 email messages stating my downloads were ready. Too late. I did not download the videos.
Follow up - On Monday I received an email promising a full refund for both the membership and the videos.

Perfect greetings for anyone with a sense of humour. Create and send unlimited greetings, for a one time, annual, low fee. Lots of fun! Lots of laughs! Friendly and helpful staff, anytime, you have questions or need assistance. I recommend it to anyone who loves to send e-cards
As my kids leave the nest and create new lives, I now have family clips to keep us together. Dance clips are a delight and make me smile each time I watch. I could never get them to learn a dance routine together in real life.
Also loved sharing clips with my staff faces for special events.
I was a Jibjab member previously, and I had scheduled a card to be delivered to a family member. In between the time I scheduled it and the delivery day, my membership expired. I received no notice from Jibjab to renew, and the recipient failed to get the card. I felt awful when I figured out what had happened. It was a bad situation. Moreover, I submitted a complaint online in this regard, and I have yet to receive a response. Very poor customer service indeed.
Enjoy very much, except would appreciate for the cost to be able to download videos without paying extra.
I like making the JibJab e-cards for friends and family for special occasions. My only suggestion is to make the mouth part easier to edit as some of mine look like mustaches instead of an open mouth. Thanks!
A brilliant concept beautifully executed. There's some real entertainment talent here.
What I was looking for was an invitation. There is a very limited selection on these specifically. I did find one to send, but my BIG issue with this is that the card LOOKS LIKE AN ADVERTISMENT FOR JIB JAB. I was very disappointed in this. Its fine to solicit but the whole thing wasn't to view the card it was ALL advertisement and a SMALL AREA for the actual card.
It is becoming cheaper and cheaper. Not in price but in what you can do. LESS CHOICES now LESS CONTROL now like WTF this used to be pretty good but has really gone down hill. Hey JibJab you are suppose to get better with time?
