I looked for a birthday card for my son who loves riding his motorcycle when he's around, and the JibJab card went way beyond my expectations! Being able to upload his picture to "star" in his card made it a really great surprise!

I had an issue with automatic billing due to my credit card being fraudulently used by some strange person from out of the USA. I totally forgot that I had an automatic annual payment to JibJab with the old credit card number. They were able to walk me through the issue I was dealing with, and things were taken care of in a matter of moments.
Not only do they have a great product, that I use all the time, it's great to know they have wonderful customer service as well. Honestly, I didn't expect anything less than perfect from them.

Everyone I know loves receiving JibJab cards I have sent and I get a tremendous kick out of producing them and seeing the comments and reactions. Of course, I first have to dab the tears of laughter from my eyes in order to read those comments! Keep producing new "Starring You" videos of songs & dances JibJab Inc.!
The ability to edit which picture goes on which character once they are added would be helpful.

It's super fun to send these videos and cards but when I joined the family I thought I would be able to download but there are extra fees for that, otherwise it would be 5*.

I find that when you must pay extra so that you can download a video it should be ready a lot faster.
I made a video for a guy at work at 9 am so that we could have it on a screen here at work.
He left for the day at about 4:30 in the afternoon, so the video was a total waste of money. I had to pay for a year andthen they charge another 2$ on-top to be able to download a file. I was assuming that I would get it shortly, but it used 15 hours (09:00 till midnight)
It was very easy to use, especially for someone who is technology challenged.
Just wish you had more dance options. Everyone loved it!
Really funny, and enjoyable. Would like more options for a variety of numbers of people. Like more 3 and 4 people options.
