I've made quite a few birthday (on my Galaxy S3) jabs that people have loved! The other day I couldn't make one until I paid again. The process worked for one but NOT FOR A SECOND ONE. SOMETHING is screwy wherein FACEBOOK cycles through the process over and over again preventing picture picking. This is when I'm logged out of Facebook. My big mistake seems to be pressing the "find pic on Facebook button" ONE TIME ONLY. When the "PAY AGAIN" SCREEN came up again, I gave up. I thought it was $18 for membership - not per card. I wasted a lot of time trying to get it to work.

I have been receiving these cards and thought Father's Day would be a cute surprise for my son's. I got one picture pasted in the card and sent it. I had pictures of my other sons, but could not get them into the cards. I tried editing and resizing, but nothing worked. Neither did your online help. Since it was a Sunday, there was no human to help, so I used another site to send these boys a greeting. All-in-all, a frustrating experience.
I sent a singing card to 3 people & only one person received it
It was funny and amusing. However, when downloading the video, it was difficult to edit it. It is not the newest technology helpful for editing.

I paid for the service and when I go to login it says my account doesn't exist. Waste of time and money! I think it'd ironic that I get an email to give it a review when my account doesn't exist.

I had a problem with an ad that claimed to give you a free three months service if you downloaded one of your JibJab videos. I downloaded mine and then did not receive my bonus. I contacted support at JibJab and Danielle and Heather were happy to assist me and took care of my issue right away.
It was easy to create the fun video, although it took a few tries for the photo to upload properly on mobile device. Loved it! Good selection of songs.
I've loved sending Jib-Jab cards to my friends and family for years. This year, my budget won't allow my membership, and I forgot that JibJab would autorenew my membership. SInce my budget wouldn't cover that, I immediately wrote to their customer service which immediately credited their charge. I am so impressed and grateful, because they have helped me immensely. Kudos to JibJab, and once my budget allows, I'll again join so I can use their silly and hysterically funny cards which my friends and family always enjoy too. Five Stars is too few... they're Ten in my book.
I have no clue the cost involved?
Is the fee that shoed up on my VISA for a one time/year subscription? Or, is it a per card charge? I do I know what each card costs?

My husband love it. My sons and stepsons though it was hilarious.The whole family enjoy it.
I had a hassle free refund for an auto payment renewal. Jib jab took care of my refund with no questions asked. They even went out of their way to get me my refund when my account was hard to identify.
I emailed customer service and received a quick response and great service. Thank you.
I set it up with a different email than Facebook so now I have paid for something I can not send to Facebook. There is no Phone # or address so I can cancel my Jib Jab. Tried to change email to same as Facebook but email is already used because I set it up once but did not pay
I love the media incorporation into my greeting cards, they are far more exciting than paper cards and lead to more of a memorable "experience" versus simply a card.
Answer: Unfortunately, now you can only edit your heads immediately after you upload them, which makes it a waste of time to save them because each head you upload will only work correctly for the video you uploaded it for. I was told they removed the 'edit any time' function so people could use their app on androids which sounds pretty absurd to me. Oh well, this will be the last year I ever pay for it again if they don't correct this outrage.
Answer: We've removed the fine-tuned shaping feature for now to make our casting process easier for all; we also made adjustments so that users can easily cast their cards directly on mobile devices.
