I feel cheated and swindled. I spent a ton of time collecting photos, making my video just right, only to find out I have to pay, not just a small fee but a rather large one for a 1 year subscription to a service I never plan on using again. I understand it costs money to run this site, but be upfront about costs, don't spring it on people at the last second and hold their video hostage. Not cool.
I am a long-time subscriber to JibJab and absolutely LOVE the company, their products and their unbelievable customer service and support! I send JibJab cards all the time to family and friends - for birthdays, anniversaries, holidays - whatever. They are always adding fun new music videos that you can put yourself (well, your head) into along with your friends. It's so much fun to create the cards and then you can also post them to Facebook for everyone to get a good laugh! I will remain a continuous subscriber forever! Thanks JibJab for everything!

You pay to try the site and then you have to pay again if you want to keep the video, 2.99 for each one that's crazy.
But the videos are funny
I had an issue, and JibJab customer service responded IMMEDIATELY, and took care of my concern. I could not have asked for a better customer service experience.
The first card was ok and went easily. The personalized cards give no option for editing if you don't get it right the first time. Had to start over multiple times.
I recently received my credit card invoice showing a charge from Jib Jab. I had totally fogotten that I had signed up for the service and infact had never used it. I email Jib Jab and asked if the payment could be reversed and was told that this could be done... no problem. A few days passed and I checked my credit card which was now showing the reversal. The employee I dealte with was extremly polite and most helpful. What a nice refreshing change... Thank you Jib Jab.
Great variety of cards, many of which one can personalize, for most any occasion. Been a member for many years.

Not too easy to fit the heads to the characters. Wish there were more selections for cards.
Found it very hard to use, lost everything many times before getting it right, had to sign in many times and now it has me as the person I was sending the card to. I will be canceling my subscription.
I do not have pictures of the people I send cards to so I was not satisfied with your selection of cards that do not have pictures on them. I would like to see more of that or maybe I should cancel my membership and join the Hallmark one?

It's fine for sharing a video, but no good if you have unlimited social sharing as you have to visit the site to share the video as the material is copyright protected which means you can't upload to FB for the laughs. I wouldn't recommend the pay service because of this.
I called for assistance. The person I spoke to handled the problem efficiently, and very professionally. Everything was taken care of in about 2 minutes. I was very satisfied from start to finish.
The personalized video cards are wonderful. They are fun and easy to make and everyone loves receiving one.
