I have sent many interactive cards with Jib Jab and have always had a wonderful response. My friends and family kind of expect me to send them one on their birthdays. I do wish you would go back to the older face-capture. I think it made it look better and more proportionate. One more suggestion, please add more cards with varying genders. You need some new material. Thanks so much for coming up with this product. It's hilarious and so easy to use

I like the new jib jab videos. Jib jab is fun and they make it easy to use.
Sadly, the video quality is very bad and not suitable for PowerPoint use like I had hoped. All video is SD so look elsewhere if you need a high quality.
My card firstly didn't have the correct picture on it then it didn't even get sent.

Sent the JibJab Tequila card and the Birthday person was very happy with it.
My only problem is probably the speed of my computer which is too slow to give me a continuous performance.
So it's a bit frustrating for me to look at the 'card'.
The whole thing is fun however, and your instructions were just fine.
Particularly good with our mix of serious adults, smiley adults, happy children, male and female.

Everything was easy to put together. It was a little difucult to get the face right, I tried to crop my face at an angle to get rid of the picture backgroung but I could't find a tool that does that in microsoft pictures or other picture programs on my computer. It would be nice to be able to crop at an angle on your site.
I made 4 cards and the last one had a plug in attached an started to drag my computer it seemed for awhile but microsoft deleted it as a precaution and everything is normal.
All in all a great site and I will certinly use it again and again. And I hope you will continue to add more dances for selection. I guess the dancers are professional.

I had a misunderstanding about the payment for the offering and I was charged more than I expected. I contacted the customer support team and they refunded me within few hours and clarified to me their offerings.
I would love more choices, some that are ok for kids. Since they are the ones I send these too. They get the same Easter and christmas ones for past 3 years. Only change is age progression using recent photos.

I'm not happy because I located the mouth in a spot on the face that I bElieve it was the right place, then, I found the preview the video and it was pretty bad! Too late... I already paid the annual fee. Not happy at all.

Answer: Unfortunately, now you can only edit your heads immediately after you upload them, which makes it a waste of time to save them because each head you upload will only work correctly for the video you uploaded it for. I was told they removed the 'edit any time' function so people could use their app on androids which sounds pretty absurd to me. Oh well, this will be the last year I ever pay for it again if they don't correct this outrage.
Answer: We've removed the fine-tuned shaping feature for now to make our casting process easier for all; we also made adjustments so that users can easily cast their cards directly on mobile devices.
