The choices are so limited... so sad. Great product should have many more choices. Customization was extremely limited.
Good selection of videos, although no real new innovative ones since I used the service several years ago. Would be great to have some new ones to choose from.
I subscribe to JibJab to entertain my grandchildren. While some of the videos are suitable for small children, most are not. I understand that your target audience is adult, but my grandkids absolutely love to see themselves in the JibJab videos. Perhaps you would be open to creating a kid section for younger children to enjoy.
By the way, my youngest grand daughter is mesmerized by the "Chicken Dance"
Thanks for all your artistic efforts. Keep up the good work.
1st attempt to send e-card--I gave an erroneous e-mail address and was not notified.
Second attempt-the recipient got the notification but could not open the card.
Confusing screen instructions hooked me into a year's subscription when I only wanted to use the "service" one time.
Easy but chose card that didn't require adding faces, etc. Great selection; the recipient was very happy.
I have received JibJab cards and liked them so I decided to try it. Before any notice of membership or card cost, I was billed $18. After my initial shock, I realized that must have been a yearly membership so I inquired. Not satisfied with the way this developed.
Everything was great except they rip you off. I paid the $2.00 but had my account billed for an extra $19. Not sure why... The Web site never mentioned any other fee.
Great experience using JibJab. My stepdaughter and I made the card together and the recipient loved it and forwarded it to several people. We used the "I'm too Sexy" card song track as he turned 60. Hilarious.
I had a problem with my subscription and contacted the customer service who reacted very quickly and profesionaly.
Thanks a lot
I created a birthday card and was able to upload pictures to superimpose in your cards, however I had some difficulty fitting it properly. I also didn't like that there was no place for me to write my own message.
Hello its nice to have a great site like yours around with all the bad news we are always getting from all corners. I not only love your site but everyone who i shared it with loved it too because laughing does matter and if we all laughed more and smiled more our lifes would be so much better. As for the response from when i had a slight problem logging in it was corrected as promised now im passing it on again to everyone Thanks
I had lots of fun making the cards. The import and shape functions were very simple and the results were hilarious. However, because the email sender is JibJab, the card automatically goes to the Promotions folder of gmail recipients, and to who-knows-where of other recipients. I had to send follow-up emails to the recipients, telling them to look other places than their inboxes to find it.
It is so much fun to make these funny video cards. There hasn't been one person who hasn't enjoyed receiving one and laughed out loud at the dancing heads.
Love it!
I was a member and then didn't renew but this year someone asked me for a jib jab for a 11 year Olds bday and unfortunately I had to do the same one as 2 years ago because the new ones aren't appropriate. But the few new ones the last couple years were good
I made the video to post to my brothers Facebook but was unable due to error message. Very disappointed with the experience.
The web applications carries out all my perspectives
Answer: Unfortunately, now you can only edit your heads immediately after you upload them, which makes it a waste of time to save them because each head you upload will only work correctly for the video you uploaded it for. I was told they removed the 'edit any time' function so people could use their app on androids which sounds pretty absurd to me. Oh well, this will be the last year I ever pay for it again if they don't correct this outrage.
Answer: We've removed the fine-tuned shaping feature for now to make our casting process easier for all; we also made adjustments so that users can easily cast their cards directly on mobile devices. This is part of our desire to make sure that anyone can learn to use and send our cards! Please feel free to reach out to help@jibjab.com with any additional feedback and we'll pass it along.
Answer: No more than 30 min. Had to find and edit my pictures that I used.
