I have nothing but problems with trying to log in use a fb photo and then having to re-log in, then upload photo and have to re-log in again.

Had such fun over the years jib jabbing my friends & family! They made some changes to make it more simple by having a template that you could no longer adjust around the face which worked better for many but I liked it much better the old way so I pretty much stopped using it. When I contacted customer service about canceling my auto renewal, they responded quickly & took care of closing my account with a great attitude! I would not hesitate using them in the future!
For the money, it wasn't worth it. It gave much needed giggles tho. There aren't any other JibJabs that appeal to me, so this was pointless.
I love sending cards, however I always misjudge how much time I have or simply forget until the date of. With Jib Jab I can send personalized cards that look like I put a lot of thought into it but still get everything done in the last minute.

I have hundreds of saved heads and jib-jabs as I have been a member for many many years, my family loves my birthday jib-jabs, that being said, they ain't what they used to be, the heads are now just ovals and that isn't near as cute as making the cuts and adjustments to the heads that you used to feature. When I first joined you could even adjust the skin tones and i miss the pre-made celebrity heads, used to be a lot more fun.
Jib Jab didn't inform me when my contract ran out. Jib Jab, although they have some lovely films do not update them often enough. The choices after one year of membership is really weak.
If you like making videos for fun or for whatever reason JibJab is an excellent website which I think is well worth $18.

Quite easy to sign up and send e-cards. Customizable faces are also easy to upload, resize, and re-orient. Only quibble: the "face editor" used to be somewhat more sophisticated, and would actually allow you to define an irregular, curved "clipping area" around the face. That's apparently no longer possible, as it seems the only option is to clip to a rectangle -- which sometimes leaves bits of a photo's background that are distracting.
Jib Jab was quick to rectify an issue with my second account that had been auto-renewal billed. Completed refund in a timely manner.
Delivery of cards very slow. Of the first four I have sent only one has been delivered and that was the first. Have I missed something here? Is there an additional fee for each card? Please advise me.

Answer: Unfortunately, now you can only edit your heads immediately after you upload them, which makes it a waste of time to save them because each head you upload will only work correctly for the video you uploaded it for. I was told they removed the 'edit any time' function so people could use their app on androids which sounds pretty absurd to me. Oh well, this will be the last year I ever pay for it again if they don't correct this outrage.
Answer: We've removed the fine-tuned shaping feature for now to make our casting process easier for all; we also made adjustments so that users can easily cast their cards directly on mobile devices.
