I tried to buy one card and got charged for a yearly subscription... Not cool

I spent over an hour fooling around with Adobe Flash in order to send a "personalized" video. The Adobe Flash that JibJab led me to said it was an out dated version and I was never able to complete the card. I missed my friend's birthday!

I would like my to have my money returned. Please confirm that you received this request.

A friend of mine sent me a birthday card from jibjab of me dancing to "Tequila". I don't think I had laughed so hard in months! I couldn't wait to try it out and immediately sent my son a card of him and his girlfriend dancing the Brazilian Samba. I'm going to have a lot of fun with this!

Very Funny and creative, but needs more content, too limited

Receiver must have Adobe Flash installed on their device to see the eCard. Apple discouraged the use of Flash and it makes the eCard useless in the vast majority of mobile devices.

Found the perfect birthday card for 12 yr old grandson, living in South Africa, about as far away from me in Michigan as one could get

Easy to use, easy to save and send, great reception by the receiver.

"Site under repair", it said - after I'd payed for my card & couldn't customise it from suitable for a male to female. Disappointing.

I kept my 4 year old grandson happy for hours making films! Also made his parents happy receiving the things we made!

I haven't used it recently but 've been a member for a few years and evidently my old credit card was outdated so last week I gave a new card number and I'm back

Like the site. Would like to see more customizable videos, but that may develop over time. Shouldn't have to pay extra to download custom videos though. Some videos were not downloadable.

I noticed my jib jab membership had renewed and, as i have retired and money is tight, i wanted to cancel it. I called jeremiah and he took care of it in seconds. I had imagined all kinds of horror stories and fighting - none of which happened! As soon as things settle down, i'm sure i'll be back!

I like the videos, but since one year behind, I still found the same videos. That is disappointing.

Love making these and sending them to friends to brighten their day.

I love all the creative choices I have to choose from. JibJab makes special occasions so much better and fun!

Really love the cards at JibJab. Everyone that I have sent them to thinks they are hilarious and love to get them.
