The e-cards were easy to do. I did 7 to show at my husband's birthday party for the family. I gave only 3 stars because I would like more choices that are appropriate for children to be in and view.
Putting your family and friends faces into these videos is hilarious and everyone enjoys it (especially the people in the videos). Fun time preparing the video and preparing everyone for the "viewing".

Jib Jab is great when you live far away from the ones you love but, what about the kids?
I want to send cards to my grandchildren and other little ones in my life and jib jab would be great as their parents could keep the cards on their phones, tablets, computers... for the kids to see anytime they want. Sadly, there are none to be had.

E cards for everyone, not just the adults!
I have been aware of Jibjab for a while. It was the perfect choice for my 28 year alternate son's birthday, putting his rather straight father in the spotlight making light hearted fun of him - well worth the giggle!
I has been fun. I am still working with it to learn more.
This turned out to be the highlight of a birthday celebration at work. The characters were great; the music was on target; and it was easy to create. I strongly recommend it - you'll get tons of laughs!
The card was never delivered and it was for a very special event
For one thing, our mouths were not done well even though I tried to line everything up carefully according to the directions. Second, I had to choose which of us girls on the 5 people on our vacation, to make be the other male. I chose my boyfriends mom because of the way the layout looked on the cover, which was very much The wrong choice. She does not have a great sense of humor anyway, and she ended up being the lead singer and not wearing a shirt! She was not impressed.
I had scheduled a birthday card to be delivered on August 12th. I assumed it would be delivered first thing, but did not show up until 5pm - very unhappy. I will not be continuing my membership and I am probably going to cancel ASAP.
My friends and family enjoy seeing themselves in action. It always creates a laugh!
I joined again thinking there would be much different content than when I joined a year ago. Maybe it's because I was mainly focused on the music video section, but it seemed that there was very little new content. I guess this is my bad for not looking at the full inventory of videos available before rejoining.

I joined so I could make a custom card for someone. She never received the card. I had to forward to her 2 days after her birthday. I had originally sent to her and myself using a comma in between, I got it, she did not. It was not in her spam either, she looked for JibJab.
Disappointed she didn't get on her birthday and that I spent money joining for no reason.
I think I've learned not to schedule a card, but to send it as soon as completed. I waited and waited for it to be sent - put a question in support as to when it would go - but the answer did not address the issue. Finally, I cancelled it and did another one to be sent immediately, which it was. At that point it was late into the evening and the recipient probably thought I'd forgotten the birthday. The system is flawed unfortunately.
I tried with two family members to send the Kazoo birthday card. Neither could open it. What a waste of my time and money. I shall not recommend this to anyone.
Card were delivered a day after they were scheduled for delivery. Bad form!
It is quick and easy-to-use but it wold be nice to have a preview option.
Answer: Unfortunately, now you can only edit your heads immediately after you upload them, which makes it a waste of time to save them because each head you upload will only work correctly for the video you uploaded it for. I was told they removed the 'edit any time' function so people could use their app on androids which sounds pretty absurd to me. Oh well, this will be the last year I ever pay for it again if they don't correct this outrage.
Answer: We've removed the fine-tuned shaping feature for now to make our casting process easier for all; we also made adjustments so that users can easily cast their cards directly on mobile devices.
