My friend didn't receive her email birthday card until I called JibJab. By the time I found out she didn't receive it her and I called JibJab it was the evening. Her birthday was 1/2 over!

I sent 3 happy birthday jabs to 3 different people having birthdays. 2 worked fine but the 3rd one (James Brown) would freeze half way through the stream on every occasion. When I sent it to my son for his birthday it never arrived in his inbox after multiple attempts, and it wasn't in his spam folder. In all 3 jabs the mouth movement was in the wrong place on the face of the photo
You know picking out cards for special occasions can be not the best way rinsed a Saturday evening but making a card for someone special with family was a fun experience. We laughed and laughed.
I like the site... it's a lot of fun but I've been a member for a year and they have really updated none of the music video's. If they add more up to date music video's so that every month it would be worth continuing to be a member.
I would like a refund since I just joined and within the 30 days trial period. The card was never received by the birthday recipient, and I spent time getting it ready for them. Disappointing! And a refund on the card that I paid for since it never was delivered. I have sent other ecards to them in the past without a problem, from other sites. It shows in my Jibjab acct that it was sent, butso please refund the yearly charge, and the amount for the card.

Ok, not as impressed as I was when I first bought in. I actually thought there might be a discount for a returning customer, there wasn't. Still a cool thing.
Had fun making a -day card for my daughter who lives in Africa. Simple to use-cards with great graphics and tunes. Paste those faces and send 'er off!

I had to send two for the same occasion since the first one sent did not send the pictures I installed... it sent some pics from someone else.
Answer: Unfortunately, now you can only edit your heads immediately after you upload them, which makes it a waste of time to save them because each head you upload will only work correctly for the video you uploaded it for. I was told they removed the 'edit any time' function so people could use their app on androids which sounds pretty absurd to me. Oh well, this will be the last year I ever pay for it again if they don't correct this outrage.
Answer: We've removed the fine-tuned shaping feature for now to make our casting process easier for all; we also made adjustments so that users can easily cast their cards directly on mobile devices.
