I used to use JibJab with pleasure a few years ago, but then not enough new stuff has been created. The same roller disco woman for Birthdays, just nothing worth it. I can't find anything interesting any more on it. You have some great ones with large number of face options, but nothing good for just solo person or maybe 2. Tired of the same aerobics thing as well. No one does that anymore. I wish I could get my money back. Sorry. But thank you.

How about adding the ability for the character's within the scripts to sing or say the actual name of the person. That'd would personalize the cards even more. Also, access to iPhoto would be helpful vs. just downloads for pictures.
Worst, i trying to get a month, automatically the site take U$18. After to do the video, upset once more, i should to pay a plus fee to download the film.

Ecards went into junk mail. Sent multiple times and never received or opened. No time of day feature to send cards at a future date and specific time of day. Defaults to the time of day you create it this was not clearly explained. Overall very disappointed. Too bad since it seemed like a fun video that the birthday boy unfortunately never got to see. Counted on this e card video to recognize his special day but nothing. Should send a receipt when cards are opened or when they are not.
Great site. Have been using Blue Mountain for years but am now a JibJab convert.
JibJab is so much fun. The friends and family that I send ecards to enjoy them so much. I think that when someine receives an ecard that has been personalized by using their own faces as part of the ecard, it shows that you have taken a little time to honor their special day or holiday.
Good stuff, JibJab! Some adventure and sci fi scenarios would be fun, too.
I love JibJab and have sent numerous cards to friends and family the past few years- all hilarious and well received. However this month I find myself in a different set of financial circumstances due to the recent flooding in my area and felt I should cut back on unnecessary expenditures in order to be able to assist those in need. My yearly payment had already been deducted by the time power was back on and I had an opportunity to call customer service.The representative who took my call immediately took care of that by refunding my payment. He was kind, considerate, and extremely helpful and I greatly appreciated his assistance. Thank you JibJab!
I find the programme pretty easy to use - the difficulty is deciding which of the fun options I will use. I also have fun deciding, especially as I use photos from my many grandchidren - they love seeing the end result...
The uploaded photos didn't look like the person at all. What a joke. Useless. Will never use jibjab again and will be sure to tell others what a lousy service it is
I've been a JibJabber for 5+ years and love the site. I just wish that you replenished your options more often. I use the site mostly to send birthday cards and I'm often disappointed when I find that the choices are the same from month to month and even year to year. Please put your programmers to work!
Living on the other side of the world from my dearest friend, I enjoyed putting a birthday video together of them (and family cat) - 'Tequila' as they'd just come back from Mexico on holiday. We face timed after she watched it and had a good laugh.
Amazing products at a great price if you want to download which I have, Great response from video clips used on social media. Check them out you will not be disappointed.
Just didn't like that I did not get any free video to start with as mad video then had to pay to watch it and then again to download it. Otherwise good fun.
The tool is very good and impressive,
But i paid extra to save the file and got a 640*360 res file. Extremely low. Nowhere in the download info that preceeds the download was the resolution mentioned.
So thats why i was dissappointed.
Their help service did offer to send a higher res after i complained, which is good of them, but i dont think this needs to b a special request, it should b an option available to u when u pay, and the resolution should be published
I recently emailed Jibjab about a billing question and I heard from their support team within 2 hours and they were friendly and immediately fixed my request. I highly recommend them for all of your greeting card needs!
Answer: Unfortunately, now you can only edit your heads immediately after you upload them, which makes it a waste of time to save them because each head you upload will only work correctly for the video you uploaded it for. I was told they removed the 'edit any time' function so people could use their app on androids which sounds pretty absurd to me. Oh well, this will be the last year I ever pay for it again if they don't correct this outrage.
Answer: We've removed the fine-tuned shaping feature for now to make our casting process easier for all; we also made adjustments so that users can easily cast their cards directly on mobile devices.
