I was at first excited about the choices and quality of the dancing cards. I signed right up, chose my first card for my niece and sent it to her the night before her birthday. I soon received a confirmation that my ecard was sent but my niece never received it. We kept checking back in with her throughout the day but it was not delivered. I just received a message that my ecard is now delayed and should be sent soon... oh great, it's now nice and late. How ridiculous! I'm going to cancel my subscription and definitely let all my friends and family know to stay away from this site. What a disappointment!
I was wanting to cancel Jib Jab but didn't know I had to go through I tunes. Jib Jab guided me which channel to go through which was very helpful.
Thank you
The options JibJab offers for any family and/or friend is fantastic. I've used several to make people in my life happy. Thanks!
I like Jib Jab a lot.
There are 3 things I DO NOT LIKE!
*There are not enough NEW choices added on a regular basis. Same cards get old.
*There are not enough just FUN cards to send to young people... 5-12 yr. Olds.
*I would like to be able to enter a name and see which cards I have sent that person in the past. That way I don't duplicate by mistake.
Thank you for asking!
I subscribed to this primarily for birthdays for business clients and although I love the selection of insert your picture cards (for those I know particularly well) the options available for the rest of the folks I would want to send them to is lagging. I wish you had a better selection on funny but still business appropriate cards (i. E. not calling someone old but making fun of life not the person).
I added a few family members to my wife's birthday card and scheduled it to be sent on 8-20 but no one received it.
I'm upset cause I only wanted to purchase one scars and got tricked into a whole year for eighteen dollars. Why have a $1:99 posted for the card if you are not able to just buy one card. I want a refund for all except for $1.99
I have still yet to be able to make or watch previously made videos. I don't know what I need to add to my computer to make this happen. Also, why am I paying for a subscription and have to pay more to download my cards?
I dont want your subscription and want mu money back.
I was disappointed with the selection of birthday videos. The app has made no improvements.
I just want to buy for each video. I don't want to sign for a year.
I thought I was purchasing a one time card/video but once I entered my credit card information, I was congratulated and welcomed for an annual, AUTO renewal membership for like $18.95. I was very disappointed and honestly don't know what to do.
I had two cards that were scheduled for delivery on August 17, but were never delivered. I wrote to ask what may have happened and was told that maybe it was in the recipient's spam, but it was not. I wrote back but have not received an answer. I sent the cards myself with their URL. I'm not sure what happened... However, it is fun and easy to use.
Telephone service was not good; they put you on hold for a long time but promised only 1 minute waiting; then it will disconnect; when placing an order, the hardest part was applying the picture... only from the facebook account; they should have a better system;
I needed a birthday card that was beyond the touchy-feely stuff for this specific person -- and jibjab delivered.
Answer: Unfortunately, now you can only edit your heads immediately after you upload them, which makes it a waste of time to save them because each head you upload will only work correctly for the video you uploaded it for. I was told they removed the 'edit any time' function so people could use their app on androids which sounds pretty absurd to me. Oh well, this will be the last year I ever pay for it again if they don't correct this outrage.
Answer: We've removed the fine-tuned shaping feature for now to make our casting process easier for all; we also made adjustments so that users can easily cast their cards directly on mobile devices. This is part of our desire to make sure that anyone can learn to use and send our cards! Please feel free to reach out to help@jibjab.com with any additional feedback and we'll pass it along.
Answer: No more than 30 min. Had to find and edit my pictures that I used.
