I programmed an email to be send to my mom on the next day and she never go it, I had to log in again and manually send it. Also it will be really helpful if I could schedule at what time I want the email to be send.
This is a good site for funny e-cards. I didn't use mine nearly enough, just set in my ways and forgot I had signed up. There customer service seems sincerely helpful and accommodating, so give them a try if you're looking for a different type of e-card.
I love this for an occasional 'I'm thinking of you!" And I'm doing this for my 3 yr old grandson who loves getting jib jabs. I find the "adult" vids a bit startling. I understand your audience isn't toddlers but gimme a heads up-EXPLICIT. They're pretty funny when you know what's coming. Also, gimme some instructions on what quality/type of pic works best. Sharp, distance, lighting. Make some for toddlers! Maybe you do, I haven't searched for that. Thanks for keeping me amused at 4 am.
Using the mobile site to send an e-video birthday card. Couldn't find a way to preview it until it had sent, the video that I saw wasn't what I had made. Was never told how much I was paying, cancelled after I found out.

I have now subscribed as a paid member to jibjab. When I made a video and posted it on a friends wall (facebook), it looked more like an advertisement for jibjab than a greeting card. I think that that is absolutely ridiculous. You guys seriously need to change the text that is posted along with the video on FB. Anyone who clicks the video is anyway redirected to jib jab they why have the ugly text below the video on the wall?

Great App but doesn't send the emails out when sharing, disappointed on how much work it takes for me to send manually by copy and pasting
