Very easy to use, so many options! I haven't yet found a way to store ecards off-line, but I'll either discover one, or decide it doesn't matter. I'm interested to see how quickly/frequently new 'scenarios' get added.
When the unfamiliar charge appeared on my debit card I called Jibjab. They explained what it was for and quickly reversed the charge.
Thw interface on the site, with face selection and mouth vectors, was easy to navigate and very user friendly. On the other hand, card by card or a full year are very limited plan types - it almost prevented my purchase, but JibJab has a corner on this market.
I did not see an opportunity to add additional text, but this was my first time using this service. I like being able to send a video card as opposed to buying and sending a greeting via the mail.
While I love your website and have made some hilarious e-cards in the past, I have two suggestions for tweaks: 1) I spent ages making my card and then was told to sign in; when I did this, I lost the card and had to start all over again. Maybe you could enable the user to save their work, just in case? 2) Payment - I'm more than happy to pay for such artistry, but I'm not keen on signing up for a year with automatic renewal. You left me no other choice. I'd rather pay a bit more per greeting card and not have to leave you all my payment details, especially with all the clever hackers about.

I should have liked to send a real musical greeting, such as something rousing by Wagner (e.g. From the overture to Tannhauser), but such choices did not seem to be available.

I joined jib jab to send my sister a funny card and was pleased with the cost but I do think the choices of music videos could be much better and have a more varied range of genres.
The procedure for the live action cards is quite glitchy on the iPad and very frustrating but was much easier from the laptop.
She was very happy with the results :)

Used to be far more user friendly. Cant get pictures off facebook anymore, even using chrome, and have been a long time customer. Was without for several months and never used the free3months (Thats it?) for all the hassles and time spent trying to end one card. I am good at making these. Just disappointed as youve grown, not so great and no one got back to me til the 3rd or 4th email. Used to love it! Bummer!
Answer: Unfortunately, now you can only edit your heads immediately after you upload them, which makes it a waste of time to save them because each head you upload will only work correctly for the video you uploaded it for. I was told they removed the 'edit any time' function so people could use their app on androids which sounds pretty absurd to me. Oh well, this will be the last year I ever pay for it again if they don't correct this outrage.
Answer: We've removed the fine-tuned shaping feature for now to make our casting process easier for all; we also made adjustments so that users can easily cast their cards directly on mobile devices.
