Not user friendly on the website so I downloaded the mobile app. It is a completely different set of videos that weren't what i wanted at all.

Great, just need not to see the same ole, same, ole cards!

Just wish there was some way to add extra peeps in these videos. We use these to motivate our fund raising team.

The ordering process was misleading. Appeared that the price was $1.99 then charged my account $18.00 for a year's service. Should be more clear about eh cost before charging people.

I was not sure if there was a charge for this so I built my video card and then has to do it all over again because I did not have my card with me.

Sent and resent cards- they were never received. Not in junk spam or deleted files. Boo!

It's the least expensive laugh you can put together in minutes that keeps on giving.

I had difficulty in upgrading my membership online. Clicking on the upgrade symbol on the website had no effect, the page wouldn't open on he upgrading options available.

The product is great but I tried sending the card on email through jibjab and the recipients did not receive it.

Had to then send a separate email with a link which spoiled the surprise.

Need to sort out your email jibjab.

Jibjab.com is my favorite card service. I like personalizing the video e-cards, and I always receive a happy thank you from the recipients. Keep up the clever, creative cards.

I had trouble with the multiple face uploads, couldn't quite figure them out, finally sent a single face email.

It is a pain trying to find the Jib-Jab sent the previous years so one does not repeat the Jib-Jab. It would be nice just to review the recipient info and date without having to click on a past history option.

Second year's membership -- so I knew these were a hit. However, last few times I could not get the mouth to line up for singing. (One of 2 was a problem).

sent it to new Zealand but to date haven't received feedback.

I am really disappointed that there is not more customization available with the movies. I used the "Happy" video for one person, and I wanted to be able to remove the "Happy Birthday" greeting at the end. For generic songs, it should be an option to write in whatever greeting you'd like at the end.
