My ecard was never delivered. I reverified the email address and it was correct. No idea where it went

*******@gmail.com did not receive the video. I had to forward the email that I was sent from jibjab... cheri

Sent Valentine's Day JibJabs to everyone. They loved them and I had fun making them. Addictive. I couldn't stop.

All those that I targeted with ecards were very tickled. I only wish there were more videoes to use.

I recently dealt with JibJab customer service and was impressed with the speed with which they resolved the issue I had.

My grandkids and I are having too much fun with it! They laugh and laugh at their selfs in in the jib jab.

I think JibHab is a great way to make and send cards to fruends and family. There are so many things to do!

I guess I didn't follow the instructions as faces didn't come through on the 'toon I wanted but the faces did appear on the 'Happy' 'toon.

Was easy to upload, just not sure how to edit faces once uploaded? Maybe an option to see how the face looks when the mouth opens?

Thanks for the great eChristmas Card for our business to send to clients. Everyone loved it and had a great laught. Very easy to use
