I did not realize when I bought a one year subscription that I had signed up for auto-renewal - it automatically renewed but due to some financial things going on I didn't want to sign up for another year (though I LOVE JibJab and will continue to use their site) - I emailed customer service and they promptly provided me with a refund. If you ever need help they will be there for you! Thanks JibJab!

I liked the ease of creating a video with JibJab. I wish there was a way to preview the video so I can go back and make changes to the heads before I commit to buying them. My 2 videos had black space in the middle of the mouth, which looks odd. I like the music videos and dances, but I wish there was more to choose from.

Really funny, my sister loved it! Birthday surprise. Only one issue, the first frame of the video showed a different face than the one I created. It appeared that way only on my mobile phone, not on emails from the computer. Really strange. It also didn't start with the normalJibjab circular intro.
Other than that, It was a big hit.
I really enjoy being a member of JibJab for at least past four years. They have very unique and easily customized e-cards that will make everyone smile. When I had a problem with my billing, I got help right away. I am very impressed by their customer support and will definitely recommend this company for everyone.

I am amazed at how awesome JibJab was with my issue and their immediate response. I purchased a months subscription that wasn't working properly even though I was charged. I contacted JibJab support and because of the problem, not only did they resolve the issue but they gave me a years subscription for free. That is just unheard of and I am extremely satisfied with their support team. I plan on being a JibJab customer for a long time! There aren't many companies like them out there!

Not enough information given on accounting process. I had wished to send another message but too difficult to access, it did not show that I had previously paid a premium membership what in fact does this offer? Apart from access to the library. The cost of what you wish to submit does not come up just goes straight to payment process. This is information you need to know before filling in a payment. I could not login as a member no area to put in your password all in all very disappointing and DIFFICULT not a user friendly site.
Jib jab customer service team reminded me of what truly great customer service is all about. All companies should lean from jib jab on how to treat a customer. Jib jab went above and beyond for me. Jib jab will be around for a long time treating customers the way they treated me. Thank you Jib jab!
Answer: Unfortunately, now you can only edit your heads immediately after you upload them, which makes it a waste of time to save them because each head you upload will only work correctly for the video you uploaded it for. I was told they removed the 'edit any time' function so people could use their app on androids which sounds pretty absurd to me. Oh well, this will be the last year I ever pay for it again if they don't correct this outrage.
Answer: We've removed the fine-tuned shaping feature for now to make our casting process easier for all; we also made adjustments so that users can easily cast their cards directly on mobile devices.
