I had difficulty sharing the ecards, there was a problem completing my purchase. I emailed the support team and had a response within 5 minutes. Very helpful, gave me detailed instructions and even gifted me with a 3 month subscription. I'm having so much fun already using this ap! Hilarious videos my favorite ap to date! Although I haven't made time to use your site lately, I must recommend it to anyone with a sense of humor.

I've been a member for over 5 years and I really preferred when you could move the dots to shape the photo of one's face. Not everyone's facial shape fits well in the pre-cut head shape and this alters a person's face enough at times that they don't look much like themselves. I love the website though, and always have a lot of fun making the cards and some are really funny. However, I also wish there were more birthday videos for younger kids because my niece and nephews always look forward to getting birthday cards as well as holiday videos and not very many birthday video cards are appropriate for pre-teens and children. Also, a wider range of music would be great too. Like old and new rock, heavy metal, alternative and even opera! :)

I sent it to myself to make sure it looed okay but it never showed up. The party I sent it to never saw it either, even though 'tracking' said it had been opened. Wasted my money it would seem but thanx for asking.
So easy to create fun online cards for any occasion. My friends and family always love getting these creations (especially when their faces are included) from us.
Would love to see "thinking of you" cards, and office/work themed cards that are funny and not negative "i hate my job" kind of messages.
I LOVE the idea of jib jab,
BUT experienced an array of problems in regards to the videos which I will list below (not for the purpose needlessly complaining, but so jib jab can be improved)
1) I made the original (free) video on my pc, and posted it to my friend's facebook wall... jib jab advised her that she was not able to view this video on mobile (the email link option is unnecessary and inconvenient)
2) I then decided to pay for a different video so I could download it and post the video directly to her wall, after paying $2.00 for my video download the file quality was very low (and pixelated) but I thought "oh well, not a big deal"
3) when trying to upload the video to my friend's facebook wall the video format was not accepted (mpeg) I THEN had to use an online video converter to convert it to wmv in order to post
4) then after posting facebook removed my video because the music infringed on copywright (not jib-jab's fault but still annoying)
All these issues left me with a bad impression of jib-jab, and made me feel like it was 'too hard' to bother with again. Great concept but not so great execution.
It took several try's before I could get the second picture in my card. I kept seeing the first picture in both places. After multiple tries I was successful. Dancing greeting was a big hit with the receiver.
Had a problem trying to download my e-card to my computer got in touch with support team and they helped me very pleased with the way they helped me
Was unable to log in initially and complained to customer support.
Received an immediate reply requesting more details which I sent. Low and behold it was finger trouble on my part and the problem was solved immediately. The service was terrific, many thanks.
I feel cheated that it seemed that the cost was £1 and ended being charged £18.
I personally enjoyed the videos/movies of different dance, single and group ones. It was fun to create personalized dances adding family members pictures and use them for entertainment on a i. E. Birthday Party, etc. I used most of your your templates for fun entertainment. Everyone I showed the videos I created by adding faces, loved them too and thought they were hilarious.
Enjoyed the ALL the videos I had made with my 4 grandkids. Great music choices as well. Sharing is fast and easy.
Although I did not achieve my purchase on jabber, they responed quickly to a request I made and did seem to care about their customers, simplyfy your site for ordering and keep up the good work in actually caring what your customers think, not all companys do,
Great fun! More Video Theme options would make it better! Include More Sports, Hobbies, Job themes, Life Styles... etc
