It makes your day to receive a Jib Jab card in your Inbox and it gives you great pleasure to send one knowing you're putting a smile on someone's face!

Great idea and finished product was good, instructions were a bit hard to follow sometimes so it took a long time to complete, didn't get a name in the birthday message. Not sure if we missed that step.

Really enjoy these cards. I wish they had more with just 1 or 2 people on the dances - example; many of the fun Halloween dances require 5 people. Would be great if site allowed you to choose the number you wanted on the card.

The birthday boy (17) was not able to open the ecard, therefore he didn't get a birthday card and it wasn't a surprise because I had to ask if he got it.
Others that I sent the download to were never able to open it!
I went online to read the directions about downloading to my I phone and and nothing worked as the directions touted. Very disappointing, in fact, I want to withdraw memebership immediately. Please confirm.

I spent a lot of time on three separate occasions and when the video played there was no picture

We found one that matched the receiver's music tastes and in this case we did not want pics embedded. He loved it! We are glad we decided to re-join. Thanks.

They had a template that fit the number of people I was working with and the animation was fun and quirky!

I'm glad I subscribed. I have difficulty with computers, but found it very easy to add my photos to the Jib Jab characters. My video turned out hilariously cute. I got many FaceBook "likes".

Regular website app is amazing. The mobile app needs more work.

When ever I go back and forth from e-mail to JibJab I get a site not found error. After a few minutes I'm able to again. Other than that I've had a great time with this program.

When trying to post some of the videos onto Facebook they were not allowed because of certain songs.

Trouble with adding message and pulling emails from contacts

Not enough experience to judge jib jab. I used to love the site when the skits were free but i understand running a business
