I have been a JibJab fan for a very long time... More than 10 years? Wow time slips away! Love the service and how easy to use the Fun is! It makes people smile and we don't have enough of that in this world!

They promptly refunded my money when i described them the issue ($1.50 vs. $18 yearly). I liked that they had a drop down option for this too.

Easy to use, and a quick way to brighten someone's day
I went through and prepared a card. Then realized I was not signed in. Card lost. I signed in and made the card again. My account had expired. Card lost, again. I resigned my account and made the card again. Why the card didn't default into some kind of "pending" file is beyond me but the experience was stupid. My wife was so frustrated she didn't even want to renew.
I had a great fun here and my dear friends, whom I created the video played.
Be sure to try it too, it's fun supeeerrr.
Somebody sent me a card from Jib jab and It was hysterical. I tried to do it and spent an hour and still couldn't make it work easily. I couldn't even find the head in the photo I was going to use. Superb idea, but if you aren't a true techy, forget it. I wish you could simplify it. I post on Ebay and Craigslist, but they have simplied using their site. You need to figure out a better way to utilize this site in a dummied down way!
Good product, good customer service just needs to make interface more user friendly.

All in all I loved it and so did my family who watched and starred in my vids.
I have had more fun with JibJab. My nieces and nephews loved seeing their faces on the video cards. The assortment for Christmas videos allowed me to send one each day before Christmas - they looked forward to getting them.
I also had fun sharing anniversary and birthday video cards to a more mature audience. You ROCK!

Making JibJab videos was fun, it makes you laugh a lot, especially seeing friends and siblings faces on the dancing bodies, from people you know won't get on the dance floor.
I wasn't aware of the automatic renewal, I received a bill from PayPal, but I was refunded. You are given the option to click on the refund button.and cancel subscription. Great way to do business, instead of the company responding with a "well you should have read the fine print"
Disappointed that we had to pay for a subscription and then pay to keep the cards we make - I won't be recommending it.
Answer: Unfortunately, now you can only edit your heads immediately after you upload them, which makes it a waste of time to save them because each head you upload will only work correctly for the video you uploaded it for. I was told they removed the 'edit any time' function so people could use their app on androids which sounds pretty absurd to me. Oh well, this will be the last year I ever pay for it again if they don't correct this outrage.
Answer: We've removed the fine-tuned shaping feature for now to make our casting process easier for all; we also made adjustments so that users can easily cast their cards directly on mobile devices.
