Fantastic - great fun - wont be going back to boring old paper cards
At the age of 95, my father can no longer see well enough to use Jib Jab to entertain the family. We are all saddened by this as we have appreciated his use of the program which enabled him to keep in contact with distant friends and family in a very humourous way.

I dont see why if we pay for the service of using it we have to pay to download what we created. As well if we are paying the service and download fee, then all that JibJab stuff should be exited from what we create. So for that I don't believe I will renew or quite possibly use. So enjoy the money you got out of me because it will be the last.
I like to send my family cards for birthdays and also special occasions. Jib Jab has lots of clever card to choose trom.

I love how the card turned out. I believe, however, that you should be able to buy one card without spending $18 for a full year. At first you think it is $1.99, then go to the trouble to make the card and find out it's an $18 charge for a year (no cheaper option). And if you do acquiesce to spend the $18, it SHOULD NOT be an automatic yearly renewal. I'm still trying to find my way out of that one. No response from JibJab yet. Too bad about this issue, because the cards are great.
Its funny but it shows a black mark where the month is moving and the mouth under it its a waste of money when you think its a 1.50 and you get charged 24. Something its crazy
So fun as creative. I created a Jibjab for my husband and emailed it to him for his birthday. It was so quick and easy and he honestly said it was the best present ever and one that he will cherish. The whole family laughed while watching each other dance and sing to "Tequila" Even our potbellied pig, Brntley, was part of the antics.
Had difficulty with the payment process via app and mobile website. Spent about an hour retrying only to find out my payments did go through and I was charged twice. The limited selection of videos did not make it worth it. I'd rather pay by the video for premium ones, not a monthly or annual fee. $0.99 would be a good price for an ecard.
It would also be nice to be able to narrow down searches by characters counts AND have more character counts to choose from. I have a large family and wanted to send a birthday video to my brother that included more family members (8 characters total), but had to choose one with 5 and leave some family members out.
My overall experience was very disappointing.

I am an old JubJan user, started with old traditioal Christmad elf clip. New version of the program provided new nice features for editing. However, still there is a room for improvement. For instace, ability to efit after 1st version of the clip is issued
I enjoy this creative experience. The program allows the participant to create with it's creative tools. I will use this often.
I recently had an issue with my JibJab account and made a report to the company.
My problem was resolved in a short period of time to my COMPLETE satisfaction.

Answer: Unfortunately, now you can only edit your heads immediately after you upload them, which makes it a waste of time to save them because each head you upload will only work correctly for the video you uploaded it for. I was told they removed the 'edit any time' function so people could use their app on androids which sounds pretty absurd to me. Oh well, this will be the last year I ever pay for it again if they don't correct this outrage.
Answer: We've removed the fine-tuned shaping feature for now to make our casting process easier for all; we also made adjustments so that users can easily cast their cards directly on mobile devices.
