Great Fun

I set up JibJab with our 9 year old grandson who I was minding because he was feeling unwell, we had great fun emailing eCards to his mum and dad, brother and other family members. Really cheered him up and we both enjoyed the experience.

MY EXPERIENCE WITH JIB JAB

I subscribed with JibJab many years ago, and I've had nothing but good things to say about it to everyone. It's a fun site. However, times have changed and I just can't afford to subscribe every month, so unfortunately, I had to cancel my subscription. Hopefully things will change, and I can again subscribe and enjoy the website.

I could no longer
Afford my App. Subscriptions. Jib jab had no problem helping me. They even refunded me for the latest charge. I was a Regional Coach for American Greetings and one of my main training areas was Customer Services. If you don't have that you'll loose your customers. Keep up the good work!

The $18 upfront is definitely worth it for an entire year of fun! Although it states $1.50 that's per month. I wasn't clear so as soon as the email was sent I cancelled as I didn't realize and did not have that money upfront in my account. They responded within a fee minutes and fixed it!

Amazing Customer Service

I was charged a renewal subscription fee. I didn't realize I had an automatic payment plan. I emailed JibJab, received a prompt response, and within 24 hours received a reimbursement. I received THREE emails that were extremely positive and kind. What amazing customer service! Wow! Thank you so much, JibJab!

Why don't make more new stuff

I want first say I love JibJab and I was one of the first people to jumb on the JIBJAB trian. Why don't you folks make more new great stuff. Political satire was one reason that you folks were put on the may and the world came to know of you. It would have been a fun for this year USA Election 2016 to make policain satire ad we all could use little JIBJAB fun to make everyone laugh when all we really wanted to do is cry inside for what happening in USA for now. I LOVE JIBJAB but please get back to being much more creative like what made you great! (Fun Satire) We the people want laugh again only JIBJAB can do!
