I have used JibJab for a few years and found it great fun. I had my renewal on auto payment taken after deciding to cancel this year (as the kids are all grown up;-( I contacted JibJab customer services and they couldn't have been more helpful and friendly. Thanks Taylar and Alessandra for making this so pain free:-)

Great customer service.

I don't use jib jab as much as I used to so I cancelled my renewal. I asked customer service to help me cancel and they did, and informed me that the refund had been done and how to access my jib jabs I had already made. I thought it was awesome that they added the fact that I could access the ones I'd already done.

When I first saw the Jib Jab advertising I thought is was funny. When I purchased it and added my own photos of myself along with friends and family it was hilarious! My family and friends and I laughed so hard we cried. When we entered our photos each one went with each character so perfectly, it was as if Jib Jab knew us. Life can be rough but laughs such as the kind Jib Jab gives us makes things less rough. However you will never find out till you give it a try with your family and friends faces. You will laugh hard too!

Love JibJab, however, I find that I rarely use it. After receiving an email that the annual fee was being charged I decided to cancel on the day I read the email which also was the renewal date. After sending a request on the day of renewal I received an email 2 days later from a Jib Jab representative stating that my subscription had been canceled as requested and a full refund would be applied. Thank you for your prompt assistance!

I didn't know that I was on an automated annual payment for Jibjab. When I received a notification that PayPal had authorized this charge- I contacted Jibjab for a refund and requested to be removed from the annual automatic payment. I literally received a reply from Jibjab customer service within the hour- and notification from PayPal shortly after that me refund had been issued! Excellent customer service- 5 star -!

All my faces from JibJab.com on the web are not visible on my mobile device. It's time consuming to recreate all the faces. When are you going to fix this?

Also, the reverse is true, i. E. Faces on my phone do not sync with the web. What's up with that? :(

Could not create card since first long time ago... a while ago tried and kept putting in my daughters picture and did not allow change of picture gave up... when attempted to do birthday card last month could not make changes so did not happen then you charged me $18 and I want my money back. I did not join again period.? I gave permission to charge for creation of card which never happened.
