I misunderstood the total charge for Jibjab when I ordered my subscription. I only wanted to pay for 1 month not 1 year. I sent them an E Mail and told all my friends they wouldn't listen to me but they did. They refunded my annual subscription. They are the best!

We love to make the videos at Christmas time. I didn't realize how much more extensive the services are and that I could send cards/videos for all different occasions. That's why I decided to join and use their paying service! Well worth it. :)

I didnt know that I was on automatic renewal for jibjab with paypal. When I found out and cancelled I could also request a refund from jibjab. Within one day they refunded the entire amount that they had taken for the unwanted renewal. They didnt have to do that! Very surprised and will one day use them again. Great customer service!
Most recent auto pay was refunded. I was not aware of the auto pay. All the past years of auto pay was not refunded or offered. Are they lost?

Unbelievable customer service-far exceeds expectations. The e-cards are hilarious and fun to design and send. I highly recommend checking this site out. I did and have now been a member since 2014.

Answer: Unfortunately, now you can only edit your heads immediately after you upload them, which makes it a waste of time to save them because each head you upload will only work correctly for the video you uploaded it for. I was told they removed the 'edit any time' function so people could use their app on androids which sounds pretty absurd to me. Oh well, this will be the last year I ever pay for it again if they don't correct this outrage.
Answer: We've removed the fine-tuned shaping feature for now to make our casting process easier for all; we also made adjustments so that users can easily cast their cards directly on mobile devices.
