Great site, good communication when there is a problem, only criticism is can't download items to device or computer (only Facebook or email option) so can only sent to friends through email if they have email.

Would like to see a few more Christmas choices both music wise, i. E. traditional tunes rather than more modern or rap, and perhaps eventually a couple more stories/dances suitable for non-snow climates. Some current choices I would have liked to try were restricted to 5 people so could not use for 4 or less people!
I love Jib Jab and so do all my employees and colleagues. I do wish Jib Jab had more political cartoons like the original kick off did, but we love the Elf starring you cartoons.
Very limited artistic selection. Horrible Thanksgiving selection. So bad, I elected not to send an e card. You need more family friendly designs and music... not 20 something male creations.
It was a funny card and it made my sister-in-law feel better. She had lost her mother recently and this was a small way to make her smile. It made her smile.
We love putting all the grandkids in them. Then we laugh and enjoy and past down to the children for them to enjoy. Just good old great fun!

It is great doing a few at first but tires quickly
The first time I used JibJab was on a lark, and I felt tricked at the end when I couldn't see it without paying for a yearly membership, but I decided to do it because I thought it was cute enough. I tried to utilize it another time and it worked up through the part where I chose the song and assigned the face, and then it would just sit blank and never show me the video. I tried it three or four times and then gave up. It was disappointing and I feel kind of ripped off.
Answer: Unfortunately, now you can only edit your heads immediately after you upload them, which makes it a waste of time to save them because each head you upload will only work correctly for the video you uploaded it for. I was told they removed the 'edit any time' function so people could use their app on androids which sounds pretty absurd to me. Oh well, this will be the last year I ever pay for it again if they don't correct this outrage.
Answer: We've removed the fine-tuned shaping feature for now to make our casting process easier for all; we also made adjustments so that users can easily cast their cards directly on mobile devices.
